Had a technical issue when booking my PMA Summit ticket, Hannah was quick to respond, friendly, and had it resolved quick sharp.

The PMM Go-to-Market Master Certification provided practical frameworks and guidance for planning, aligning, and executing effective GTM strategies. I especially valued the focus on cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and measuring results. The course is comprehensive and relevant for product marketers looking to strengthen their strategic approach.

I've used PMA's resources and courses for a while now as it's my go-to resource, and their support is also great - Hannah was very helpful in helping me sort out an event ticket so that I can get even more out of my membership.

This is the second course i completed from PMA - Advanced PMM.
The certification course was really exhaustive and comprehensive. It covered the overview of all the core areas and the allied areas that a PMM and Senior PMM comes across while working. The inclusion of case studies and aditional footage kept the overall learning engaging and it was really in-depth course.

I really appreciate how Product Marketing Alliance provides a structured education in product marketing. The lectures are divided into bite-sized information, which makes the information and learning crisp and easy to digest. The expert teachers and insights from industry experts make the whole learning experience complete. I like that each module is divided into small chapters, with each chapter covering all the information related to the topic at a pace that is perfect for learning. The on-demand nature of the course allows me to listen to lectures anywhere.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I believe it’s important to share my experience so other professionals can make an informed decision before purchasing a PMA membership.

I had been a PMA member, but I no longer intended to continue my subscription. Unfortunately, I missed the renewal date, and my annual membership renewed automatically.

As soon as I noticed the charge, I contacted PMA immediately to request cancellation and a full refund. At that point, I had not logged into the platform, accessed any content, attended any events, started any certifications, or used any benefits associated with the renewed membership.

Despite explaining the circumstances, my request was declined.

PMA escalated my case to an internal review, which initially gave me hope that my individual situation would be considered. However, after the review, the company maintained exactly the same position and refused to issue any refund, relying solely on its automatic renewal policy.

The only alternatives offered were to transfer my membership to someone else or use the amount as credit toward future PMA products and events—neither of which addressed my request, since I had already made it clear that I did not wish to continue my membership.

What disappointed me most was not the existence of an automatic renewal policy itself, but the complete lack of flexibility, even when:

* the cancellation request was made immediately after the charge;
* none of the renewed services had been used;
* the customer acted promptly and in good faith.

Before writing this review, I also found other public reports from members describing very similar experiences involving automatic renewals and unsuccessful refund requests. That suggests my experience may not be an isolated case.

PMA produces valuable educational content, and this review is not about the quality of its courses or community.

It is about how the company handled a customer who acted immediately after an unwanted renewal and requested an exception before using any of the renewed services.

If you decide to subscribe, my advice is simple:

Pay close attention to your renewal date, review your account settings well in advance, and do not assume there will be room for negotiation if you miss the cancellation deadline—even by a very short period of time.

I hope this review helps other professionals avoid the same experience.

The core course was a very valuable introduction to product marketing. The videos are easy to follow, there’s an abundance of helpful resources, and plenty of additional community events too.

I took the Product Marketing Core course and it was very helpful. It's given me a great understanding of the role and the frameworks are brilliant. I've already started using them. It's a great course to take if you're new to product marketing or want to take your first step. The Slack group is incredibly helpful too.

Offers great foundational and advanced courses for Product Marketing Managers.

The videos cover the subject matter in comprehensive detail with excellent examples illustrating each point provided by the speakers.

The examples provided should be included in the actual slides too, or at the very least be added as textual elements visually added to the videos. This will help with memory retention.

Providing a foundational to advanced understanding of Product Marketing with an emphasis on how AI tools can be used to execute it.

Love this organisation and how much it helps you connect with other PMMs that share the same challenges as you. That’s so helpful when you’re a solo PMM in your company.
Also the product marketing festival was such a good experience, conferences were great, no bullshit, super insightful presentations and panels, loved it!

Fabulous event, I always find it so inspiring! I’d definitely recommend for everyone who works with the customers and want to learn how to do their jobs better!

The certification training was top quality and very well organized. I now feel so much more confident in my role!

Even if you're an experienced Product Marketing Leader, the Leadership course is a valuable refresher and I learned some new things!
