Hi Susan, I see that you had ordered our 12 count REUSABLE latex gloves. These are a thicker glove, meant to be used more that once. Were you looking for the 90 count vinyl, black gloves? We would be more than happy to schedule an exchange for you. Please call our customer service department at 1-800-308-3588 or you can email me directly at Heather@ProductClub.com and I will take care of this for you. Thank you.
