would not buy
Bought an account a long time ago, and went back to playing cs only to find that during the time I had not been using the account, they changed the email which removed my access from the account. They also changed the password and added a mobile authenticator. Not sure if this was done by the service or they just resell accounts, but I would be cautious and change everything the moment you get it.

First i thought i am gonna lose my account after a while and i was scared because someone tried to steal it, but then i messaged the live staff and they gently answered my messages and made me understand the problem and helped me with the issue! Now i don't have any issues on the account and i can play safely on it and i am very happy with it! I recommend them for the good work, keep it up and i will buy from them from time to time when i will need to

Okay, so of course I want to say a huge thank you to Jack, first of all.
I purchased the user a few months ago, and I encountered a problem recently with the user so I contacted their customer service (I didn't think anyone would try to help me at all), in less than 10 minutes I already received the help and he tried to reassure me that it would be fine.
After two days I am happy to say that the problem has been solved, I will definitely buy from you again, thank you for everything (especially you Jack).
And if I haven't mentioned, their products are the highest level I've seen.
