Again another great service from Procon 24/7 ordered over the phone, delivered on time, correct material and measurment. One phone call every time. I never have to repeat call to sort anyting out, they take care of everything, even the administration is on point.

Great service and product!
Great service. Very efficient, and the prices are really good. The product, no-fines concrete was to the right blend, right consistency. So we at The Resin Man UK are highly pleases with the service provided from Reece in the office, to James, and the wagon driver. Would highly recommend them, and will certainly be using Procon again and again!

Prompt and good service
Prompt and good service, we were able to discuss, all the components of the delivery, including, the site access, total cost, and the delivery day and time to suit us. Customer services was five star and i felt that satisfaction of customers was high on their agenda .
We recommend customers to read T&C’s beforehand to avoid any misunderstanding.
No hesitation to use them again as well as recommend them to family and friends.

All customers are fully informed of all charges during the quoting process and are advised of the delivery charges dependant on your location and the additional standing time charges outside of your allocated time. You were contacted via to payment being taken and were given a full breakdown of your charges, and were given a discount on your standing time as a good will gesture. Please contact our office directly if you feel there is further resolve required.
Our terms and conditions can be found on our website and cover both additional costs for standing time beyond your allocated time, and delivery charges, all of which are standard practice in our industry.

First class service from start to finish! Ordering was quick and easy, with great availability, with a driver/operator who was extremely helpful. The project involved the concrete backfill of a large waste treatment plant, and he was happy to provide his own advice and move the vehicle to ensure it was backfilled evenly. We will definitely use Procon 24/7 again!

Badly let down. Very unreliable.
Concrete should’ve been delivered and pumped this morning at 8 am. I was let down at 7:28 this morning by text message. No courage to call and explain and then ignored my calls for the rest of the day. Look for an alternative form. Highly unreliable and I expect the other reviews are paid for. What a disappointment and such poor Customer Service.
