All very straightforward. No fuss, booked easily, they turned up on time, charged the quoted (reasonable) amount and completed the job tidily. Next time my gutters are overflowing and frozen I’ll use this company. Many thanks

Very happy with the service and great workmanship.
Had my gutters cleaned by ProClean yesterday and I couldn't fault them. Very good communication and the price was very fair and in line with other quotes. The guy that come and did our gutters was professional and courtesy and even gave our dog some attention as she was very interested. All in all I'm very happy with the work completed and would recommend :)

This company is a disgrace DO NOT USE…
This company is a disgrace DO NOT USE THEM. We were quoted a fixed price of £804.00 including VAT without a visit from the company to clean our gutters!
We were told ours was a "big job, that would require 2 people for most of the day".
The reality was it took one person less than 3 hours while the other went to buy materials. We queried this on the day with the "MD" and asked for a fair price based on the actual work carried out. We were told we needed to have integrity and honour the original quote, we were told we were unbelievably arrogant. We offered, and paid £450.00 to settle the matter, more than fair for less than 3 hours work. She applied late charges and set debt collectors on us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I am sure you can see by the MD’s reply this is not someone who welcomes feedback, wants to hear from customers and not someone minded to be fair in any way, I rest my case!

Dear Vicki. It would seem that you really are determined to cause as much damage to a small business as possible, seeing as how this is the second inaccurate and, frankly, nasty review you have left us. I am particularly impressed with the shouty use of capital letters. I always find that if I shout, it makes my point so much more valid! However, let's leave aside your writing style for one moment and get back to the facts, which you have actually already pointed out yourself. You accepted a fixed price quote from us (for the second time as a repeat customer, so you were well aware of our process of quoting). As has been explained to you, the price was based on us completing the list of works given to you in the quote and subsequent booking confirmation. All of which was done and done well (as you stated yourself in your email to me). Had the work taken us two days and we had suddenly announced to you that it would be double the price, I am sure that (quite rightly) you would have refused to pay the difference, seeing as how we had agreed a price, in writing, prior to the commencement of works. In exactly the same way, just because your expectation was that we should have been with you for longer, you do not then just get to pluck a price out of thin air and pay us that. In addition, if you are going to leave us negative reviews based on the length of time we were with you, please be accurate in what you are saying. In your own emails to us, the amount of time you mention tallies up to closer to 6 hours, not 3. Happy to share these with anyone who is interested in a more accurate version of events.
