Probiller made a small charge as agreed; hours later, a new charge came in that was slightly higher, and hours after that, one that was significantly higher. They clearly have a system where they test the waters and keep increasing their fraudulent charges. Because that’s exactly what it is: a systematic scheme. I caught on in time to block Probiller from charging my card any further. After the card was blocked, I saw two more attempted high charges, but they were rejected/stopped due to the block... There’s nothing else to say other than that this is systematic fraud....

Canceled subscription, got charged multiple times for said canceled subscription, contacted them, they said it was canceled and finally they say Membership is canceled and I even triple checked. But still a ridiculous waste of time and don't use them for anything.

I am writing this to warn other UK consumers about the predatory practices used by ProBiller and the Brazzers Network. I signed up for a £7.99 offer, but the service was completely non-functional—videos failed to play on both Mac and tablet devices.
When I contacted support, the experience was appalling. An agent named "Mark" admitted that they "do not know what is happening on the website" regarding technical failures, yet he immediately attempted to upsell me to a more expensive £9.94 plan. This is a blatant attempt to exploit customers who are already reporting a faulty product.
Most concerning is their use of the UK Online Safety Act as a financial trap. They charge your card first, then put up an "AllPassTrust" age verification wall. Even if you pass this verification (which I did), they use technical errors as an excuse to deny access while citing "non-refundable" terms.
Under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, a digital service must be "fit for purpose" and "as described." Since the videos do not play, ProBiller is in breach of contract. Their refusal to refund a clearly broken service is unacceptable.
I have already initiated a chargeback with my bank and requested a permanent merchant block on ProBiller. Do not give this company your card details; they prioritize retention scripts and upselling over delivering the service you paid for.

Malicious company
In the website there are hidden features. When you try to cancel a subscription, you get a new subscription, even when just checking your account, they add new subscriptions, and debit your credit card without your consent.
The 'customer service' doesn't answer.

Probiller at probiller.com made an unauthorized charge on my debit card. I notified them and it was over a week before I received a return email. I could not get an answer when using the telephone number.I used chat and they required much more information than any other company I have ever worked with for identification purposes. They wanted almost every number of my debit card. That is a red flag. They were uncooperative and continued to try to debit my card. My bank shut off my card after the first debit so they were unable to get additional funds from me. I had never heard of this company before this happened, but I have done extensive research on them and not found anything positive. This company is dishonest. Stay away from them.

You have to wait in line for a "personal" supporter for ANYTHING, even a simple thing as a cancelation, wait 2 hours, just for the "support" to leave after 30 sec in chat. Dont buy anything connected to this scam of a "company"
And if you are in luck, you will need help from TECH SUPPORT, and they are only availabe betwheen 8 and 9 am. goood fuuucking luck my unlucky friends, who are shitshow of a situation, looking for support.....

Avoid this company and any website using them as there billing platform. They create multiple transactions and continue billing after cancellation.
They do not respond to emails and fail to comply with requests for refunds.

If I could give it negative rating it would be off the scale. Similar problem to other "victims" with money taken from my account as and when Probiller feel like it. Emailed twice, no response. Advised to use their chat option on their site due to significant numbers of emails received (surprise, surprise). Copied emails to chat and sent on chat.....no response.
I have contacted my bank and they have blocked any further payments to Probiller. I'm lucky in a way, I'm only down about £60GBP. Sorry to hear other stories where you have lost significantly more.

Not trustworthy – full price, limited access
I paid for full access to several adult sites, including RealityKings, through Probiller. After payment, I noticed that many videos advertised on the official site were not available in my account.
Support was polite but ineffective – no real solution, just promises.
This company doesn’t deliver what it advertises. Very disappointing.
