Warning Do not buy from PBK
Warning. Do not buy from PBK. Purchased Power meter from PBK which took ages for delivery as came from UK not Aus. Power meter became faulty and still under warranty returned to PBK using PBK courier. Item was received and signed for and proof provided by FedEx. After more than a month I still don’t have a resolution. Every time I try contacting them I get the same response that warehouse is looking for item. After 30 days I now consider item lost and cannot get resolution for either a refund or replacement from so called customer service team. Update 18/2/24 despite responding to PBK multiple times with proof that item is delivered they go silent. Again so dont buy from them
Update 28/2/24. Still the same response that they are looking into and will get back to me. This is beyond ridiculous
8/3/24 Its been 2 month since item was returned and I am still getting the response that they will follow up with the returns department.

Uk company rip off
This company made it look like they were in Australia and I DID NOT WANT TO PURCHASE FROM THE UK.
Then I got slugged $25 for someone that weighs 138grams!!!!!
Then when I try to contact them there is NO Aus contact number
RIP OFF!

Quick response to post problem
I am very pleased at the very quick response by ProBikeKit when I contacted them about a parcel which did not arrive - it had been lost in the post. They apologised profusely and refunded my payment immediately. Thanks!

Excessive postage cost
All aspects would be a 4 star but dropped a definite star with cost of shipping a saddle to Perth for $24 postage seems excessive to me. Price of the saddle itself was good otherwise I would have kept looking elsewhere purely because of postage.
Having re-read my review it is a bit harsh on ProBikeKit who I’ve used before & been very happy with their service - this is the first time I’ve been disappointed - perhaps postage has gone spiralling all so many other costs

Bought from them about a year ago for product with 3 year warranty. 1 year later product stops working and manufacturer states that it is covered, but must be returned via retailer (ProBikeKit Aus). ProBikeKit are hopeless, don't respond even though they have nothing to lose from this matter.
Do yourself a favour. Buy at a local bike store where you might pay a little more, but at least have full consumer rights and can look someone in the eye.
Avoid.

Very slow with order
This order was placed three weeks ago and I still don't have confirmation that the goods have been sent. In the meantime a local bike shop has these bars on sale for $269 with free shipping.

Shop elsewhere. Just terrible.
I should have listened to the other reviews of these guys before purchasing. The worst shipping experience ever. Firstly they are not in Australia, despite them being ProBikeKit Australia, they are in the UK. Secondly my parcel took an absolute age to arrive, the tracking system was absolutely rubbish and there were so many extra fees for international shipping that I was particularly annoyed about because they appeared to be here in Australia... it was a .com.au address. So what was an ok deal initially in contrast to other Aus sellers, soon worked out to $300 more than anyone else.
On top of all this the customer service team, available erratically only via messenger, were absolutely useless. Every time I asked the status of my order I had to verify my identity, which then they only responded to a day later, by a completely different person who only asked me to verify my identity yet again... despite my details being right there in the conversation... which went on for weeks. All in all, an absolute disgrace of an experience. Even if it costs you more money, I'd absolutely recommend shopping somewhere else. Like absolutely ANYWHERE else.
