I have had 2 bags authenticated by this company and have been delighted both times. They offer several different levels of authentication for different needs and exceptionally competitive prices. Do not be put off by the fact that you need to pay in dollars, that's really easy too. I sent payment and photos, and had authentication back the following day, together with friendly correspondence.

Had a bad experience on 9.17.25! I paid $15 for an authenticity check. The lady who handles the IG & FB DM’s which that’s how they do their authenticity check, was horrible with customer service! Handled everything poorly! Was rude and mean! Didn’t take accountability for her behavior. Wasn’t remorseful. I screen shoted the issue. I sent over 40 good photos of my bag, to her, she kept not comprehending that my photos were following instructions and she kept assuming they weren’t. Idiot. Then got mad at me for sending proper photos of my item I paid her to authenticate. So I kept proof and I kept proof of her bullying me and harassing me in the DM. She even blocked my FB, for making a complaint directly to her during the transaction. What an evil woman. I hit her up on multiple lines so she can know we won’t stop until she shows me remorse. I got a refund, wow $15, but was left with a bad memory. So now I’m going to make sure ppl know!!!

Dealt with Pro authenticator many times excellent. I've been using them for over 5 years.

I wouldn't trust anyone else with authenticating Louis Vuitton, period! I have only had the most professional interactions with ProA, and they are by far the most recommended authentication service I have found.

I’ve used ProAuthenticators at least 20x. Never has their opinion been incorrect. A lot of these bad reviews are from people who don’t really seem to know too much about luxury. They think that Poshmark is employing professional authenticators who are solely in their warehouse physically authenticating items! Posh & Ebay are not trustworthy sources for authentication. I’ve seen them deem bad fakes authentic which is really concerning. PA knows their LV items and I trust their opinions 100%. On the other hand I’ve had wrong opinions done by both Dr. Runway & Real Authenticators. I use PA for LV, Zeko or Designer Pawn for Chanel & BabaBebe for Hermes.

Pro Authenticators is an amazing LV authentication company and it seems like all these reviewers are just butthurt about their fake bags. They have saved me a lot of money, respond very quickly, are reasonably priced, and I would highly recommend them.

An item that was bought in the LV store was deemed inauthentic by them and I was forced to accept a buyer return even though 2 other authentication services deem it authentic. Proauthenticators; They really don't have a clue how to do the job of authentication . And based on these reviews it's quite obvious they are just robbing people of authentications and rolling the dice on how they feel to side the authentication.
Use real authentication instead at least they have 4-5 star reviews everywhere.

Definitely a scam tool. I had a sale go through Poshmark's authentication experts but a few days later, buyer told me that Pro Authenticators said it was inauthentic and demanded a return. It was sent back to Poshmark HQ where they authenticated it again, but buyer claimed that 2 other authenticators also said it was fake and demanded a refund, so they returned it to me. When I got my bag, it had been used for a party, there was glitter inside and stains on the leather. Scammers know that ProAuth will always give them an "inauthentic" label that helps them with returns.

I tested it with 2 more of my bags, both purchased in LV stores. They said 1 was authentic, but 1 was fake because the date tab was too big!! I asked my SA who just laughed. This company is a joke.

I have sold on Ebay, had a $3,000 bag authenicated through Ebay's authenticators, and a month later told by the buyer that "Proauthenticators" deemed it not authentic based on one photo and not physical inspection? A true scam, now in the midst of a fight in regards to this lame company, totally unreal.

I’ve had great experience with ProAuthenticators they respond fast and always help me out when I need it.

They are terrible.. Do not use they want info that you Dont have and then they tell you they can't? But keep your money and then tell you that you have two weeks or lose your money

For one. The service was very easy, given the fact that they have this vague authentication process that is reputable through their Facebook group? Let me digress. Recently I decided to buy a Brown Neverfull MM through Poshmark from a seller with over 50 sales. Needless to say that experience was pleasant, given the fact that Poshmark offers free authentication checks on all items over 500. Once I received the bag after it was proved real, I decided to double check by using Pro Authenticators. After going through their website, I get confident using their service. Once I paid the fee took pictures and provided them to the Authenticator they deemed the item to be fake. I was told that the font on the date stamp was off. Okay, thank you! I said then quickly went into panic mode. I nearly flipped out on Poshmark to the vendor and the customer service for missing this blunder. I did not work 40 hours a week to be swindled out of a bag! How dare you ruin my experience finally owning my dream bag! Well, funny thing is, I ended up returning the item for re verification and was told it was real. Yeah right, I told Poshmark, try again, if not I’ll dispute this with my credit card company. I was assured this was indeed a real Neverfull MM by Louis Vuitton. Stop screwing with me, I told them. Needless to say they sent the bag back. So here is what happened in a nutshell; another 100 dollars plus in multiple authentication services was spent going to local consignment shops, forcing an employee at the LV store to look at my bag since they do not authenticate unless it’s a return, and more in emotionally balancing out my feelings over this ordeal in pleasure food.End of the story is the bag was real, Pro Authenticators robbed me for my money, and I apologized to Poshmark and the vendor for my behavior. Pro Authenticators is nothing more than a sham and have been reported to the local better business bearu for proof of certification for their claims as being Professional Authenticators.

I am a seller on Poshmark and recently sold a luxury item over 1,000. I was messaged by an eager buyer who told me her story about graduating college. I was moved by her story of triumph and agreed to sell her the item below what I was being offered. Needless to say I had to send the item to Poshmark to have it authenticated because it was a 500+ item which is required per their policy. It was reviewed, authenticated, and sent the buyer. The buyer loved it and gave me a 5 star rating. Two weeks later I'm told that the bag was fake deemed by Pro Authenticators. I was confused. Why didn't the buyer do this prior? What deems Pro Authenticators true authenticators of any luxury bags based on photos, a Facebook group, and a 10 dollar verification fee? Why is Poshmark's physical, professional verification process less than a photo bound Facebook group's assumption with no background or multimillion dollar company track record? Pro Authenticators is a tool for scammers to devalue, undervalue, and trick sellers into whatever money oriented scheme possible. If your truly seeking real authenticators online go with people who are reputable from platforms or known companies, not a Facebook group with generated feedback!
