Great ongoing support from a local a trusted family business.
I first used Pro-Tect about 10 years ago, since then they have installed boilers for my daughter, my sister, mother and mother-in-law.
They have installed HIVE thermostats and have our homes SMART.
They Service our boilers every year, the service is thorough and gives us confidence that the systems will function throughout the year.
I wanted to add this review as I need an emergency repair, which that conducted speedily and efficiently. They continue to be reliable, trusted and good value for money. Thank-you

Moved into a new house to find the boiler didn't work properly. Jason came out and was able to find the issue, source the part needed and then come back and fix it a few days later.

Used Pro-Tect multiple times and always provide a great service. Friendly and great comms and will always come back if there is an unresolved issue in a timely fashion. 100% recommend.

Just a big thank you to Connor for sorting my gas leak which was found under my lounge. Connor did the track and trace and returned today to repair piping. Had furniture moved carpet and floorboards up to do the repair. When he had finished everything was put back to original state. Well impressed with his work ethic and would highly recommend him to others. Please pass my message on to his superiors. Regards.

Used this company for a few years now,absolutely brilliant outfit.No hesitation recommending them to anyone,they really go the extra mile for their customers,totally restored my faith in humanity,there’s still some good guys left.

We have used Pro-Tect for a few years now, first used for a simple radiator leak and boiler service. Since then we have used them for a number of issues including a completely new boiler. All there work is completed to a very high standard and they explain what they have done and why. We had an issue with no hot water just before Christmas and they came out quickly to repair it. Each time they have been called for an issue they always identify what the problem is and we have never (so far) had to call them out again for the same issue. If you want a quality service use these guys !!

We have used Pro-Tect for many projects over the last few years as living in an older house brings a lot of surprises! Cannot fault the expertise and knowledge of all the guys and always know if something pops up they can be relied upon to help!

I recently had a full new central heating system fitted and cannot praise this company enough.
From quotation to installation the proffesional way of the works carried out were first class.
Mick, Jason and Conor were very attentive and carried out all of my requests and explained how everything worked I would highly reccomend this company for all of your plumbing requirements.
Also Claire who dealt with all the queries I asked was incredibly helpful.

Iv had this company come and do work for me and my family. 150% would tell all to go to them .They're honest, reliable,caring polite,tidy.cannot fault them in anyway .I will only use this company in my opinion they are the best ever .ty guys

They responded very quickly to my request for resolving an issue with a shower. Although it was not urgent they took the time to visit after completing other work. The engineers were both friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I would not hesitate to recommend them for any boiler/plumbing work. Well done

I was recommend this company by a work colleague a few years back, and I can say 100% that they really are the best company for all your plumbing needs.They are professional through reliable and tidy. They have done numerous job for us from fitting a new boiler, servicing our fire, fitting a water switch( in the kitchen if we need to turn water off in an emergency) bleeding rads. They have turned up on time and have never let us down.

Great service, friendly and really helpful with other jobs I needed doing. Can't recommend this company enough. Dishwasher was installed quickly with no problems at all.

Really easy to book the plumbers were very fast and clean made the whole job of getting a dishwasher plumbed in a very difficult place to reach planing to get them to do downs stairs loo and a whole bathroom
