Would highly recommend. Very professional and communication was excellent with amazing timescales from my initial enquiry on booking the scan to receiving my report after scan, all complete in less than 1 week.

I was referred to this medical centre by my private physiotherapist and was incredibly impressed with the service from start to finish. My MRI appointment was arranged promptly and I was even seen late in the evening on the same day as the referral, which was greatly appreciated. The radiologist who greeted me and carried out the scan was extremely friendly, reassuring and professional throughout. As I was in a great deal of discomfort, they kindly ensured that the report was prioritised and produced within 24 hours. Overall it was a very positive experience and I would highly recommend this centre to anyone in need of prompt and professional care.

Well what can I say about this company? Absolutely fantastic. Had a video consult with Shaun, which was very professional and friendly. Two days later I had my MRI, where Zak met me at the door and helped me get up the stairs (I'm on crutches) and also onto the imaging table. Throughout I was reassured and told what would happen next.
I would definitely recommend this company to anybody needing an MRI urgently.

Super efficient combined with real care for their patients - I am not a fan over MRIs due to claustrophobia, however Zak and the team made me feel completely at ease, for which I am very grateful

I was told by the NHS that I needed an urgent scan to see whether I had a blood clot, however there was no urgency. Pro Scan really wanted to help and agreed to fit me in on a Sunday. The scan was done and results were quick. The scan come back clear and I now have piece of mind rather than waiting. I would highly recommend!

The whole process, from booking to scanning, is seamless and extremely quick.
I had my results from a consultant radiologist within 24 hours and a recommendation to follow up with my GP.
I can’t praise Pro-Scan and Zak enough for their professionalism and I would highly recommend.
