Communication was great
Communication was great, could be better. Especially since everything is generally communicated through discord, it would be nice to update buyers every 2 or so days on the status of the order.
I understand that you are expanding and somewhat a one man operation but one sentence here and there goes along way.
Other than that it was pretty smooth sailing.

Item stuck in Customs
Since the 14th of September that the item is stuck in Customs being processed. I've made some online buys before from the UK and it never took this long to arrive. Still waiting for a phone that I bought almost a month ago and no news whatsoever. Am I supposed to do anything for the item to be delivered? A little bit of feedback after so long would be nice.

Hi Antonio, we spoke in our discord a couple days ago about your order placed 2 weeks ago. I explained the parcel status on Royal Mail is currently set to 'This item is still being assessed by the destination customs authority. If any further information is required before release they will contact the recipient directly'. As explained customs speed can vary from country to country. For example the US process parcels from the UK within a couple days. Due to Brexit parcels going from the UK to any EU country is potentially subject to extra fees which has in-turn slowed down the overall process time for UK to EU parcels.
Our team are very responsive an we do our best to handle customer queries efficiently.

The Root Guy took the time to explain to me how everything works with the phone, and note he did this when it was already late at night/early morning for hkm so I already know he was super exhausted. Answered all my questions as well. Couldn't be any more satisfied with his customer service

I was very excited to get a rooted phone but couldn't do it myself. As soon as I saw that I could buy one! I did my homework and privacy portal seemed like the the top place to go! Turned out the experience I've ever had! The phone is perfect, the customer service was fantastic! I literally had NO idea what I was doing and the patience that @Root Guy showed me was pure gold! Remember this is an important process and many others can make 1 mistake and you have big problems! This is the place to stop looking. He knows answers to my questions before I got the whole question out! A very very amazing seller and person!! Thank you so so much!
Oh and delivery to USA unbelievably fast! Just an amazing experience!
