Excellent service. Came on time and did a very good job - definitely would recommend

I highly recommend Jake and his team, we have been using him for a few years both for servicing our old boiler, installing a new boiler and general plumbing. He is always punctual, knowledgeable, clean and tidy, does a great job and his communication is excellent.

Excellent communication, great and knowledgable problem-solving approach and reliable service.

Jake came with a colleague and his service was top notch. He diagnosed the problem quickly, was courteous and professional to a high standard. We shall certainly call upon him again.

Jake was very polite and courteous and did a wonderful job of changing a heated towel rail and tap with waste - thank you so much...

Jake replaced our faulty boiler after it failed Christmas eve. Good communication regarding what was faulty and options going forward. clear quote, the new boiler was installed 24 hours after an instruction to proceed, neat and tidy install. when he was 25 mins away to the job he phoned ahead.

Each time we use Jake he arrives when he says he will and sorts out the issue! Skilled, efficient and really nice person.

Excellent emergency boiler repair today........much appreciated because of the snow! Jake responded quickly, identified and fixed the problem efficiently, and was friendly and professional throughout. Will definitely use his services again, and highly recommend him, if you need fast, reliable help.

After arriving home after a Christmas break to a freezing house and a broken down old boiler Jake came round assessed the situation and by 8am the next morning was here fitting a lovely new boiler.
Could not get a more professional service anywhere and such a lovely helpful man.
Thank you five stars well deserved.

We engaged Pritchards to install a new wetroom which entailed replacing wetwalls before fitting tiling, non slip flooring and a new bathroom suite. They also installed a water softener. Jake (the boss) & Jack were a very good team & knew their stuff. As we were on a time restraint they managed to finish the job before Xmas. We highly recommend them to future clients who want professional respectful plumbers. Thank you guys !!

Outstanding Service from Jake Pritchard and Jack

We recently asked Jake Pritchard and his colleague Jack to flush our central heating system and service our boiler, and we couldn't be happier with the results.

There was clear and effective communication. From the moment they arrived, both Jake and Jack were professional, courteous, and highly efficient. Jake clearly explained the process for both the power flush and the boiler service, providing a transparent and fair quote before starting any work.

They worked quickly and meticulously, showing great attention to detail. Our heating is running more efficiently than it has in ages! The site was kept tidy throughout the process, and they left the area spotless once the job was complete.

Their combined expertise is evident in the quality of their work. They tackled the job with confidence and provided a durable, high-quality solution, significantly improving the overall performance of our heating system.

If you are looking for reliable, knowledgeable, and genuinely pleasant plumbers, we highly recommend Jake Pritchard and Jack. They are the definition of skilled tradesmen.

Highly Recommended!

I’ve used Jake a few times now and always find him professional, efficient, and easy to deal with. He and his team do great work and are always reliable. Would definitely recommend.

I was pleased with the speed of response to my enquiry (to service my Worcester Boiler) and how quickly a date was arranged. The service was carried out quickly and neatly, ensuring peace of mind over the coming winter period. I found them very polite and respectful, and will be using their services in future. Highly recommended, and good value as well.

I was happy with the quality of the work that Jake did for me, but I thought that the markup on the cost of the materials that he used for the job was somewhat excessive. However when I expressed my concern Jake responded promptly and I was satisfied with the outcome

Jake came to service our boiler. He was on time, friendly helpful and very knowledgeable. Excellent service I would highly recommend him

Jake was very helpful carrying out our boiler report and explaining all the things our OVO engineer had missed or got completely wrong when they had come to visit as part of our boiler cover. He arrived on time, was very friendly and at a competitive price. Would recommend to anyone.
