Ordered refurbished Airpod Pro 2
Ordered refurbished Airpod Pro 2. Got Brand new boxed Air Pod Pro 2.
BUT its all FAKE.
ANC is poor, all 3 items have same serial number. These are good looking fakes but seriously poor performance.
I managed to get a refund of my money BUT had to pay postage. They agreed to refund the postage but NEVER DID.
AVOID if you want genuine refurbs, as these are BRAND NEW FAKES.

Buyers beware..selling counterfeit AirPods as reconditioned and repackaged, had my purchase checked by Apple Store confirmed FAKE, awaiting company’s response to several emails asking them to confirm the authenticity but unfortunately keep dodging to question and reply with “reconditioned and repackaged by seller”
UPDATE
Full refund refused, offer of 55% refund if I keep them, but item item handed over to SYP and logged as counterfeit goods, advised by SYP to contact trading standards, Email is now been ignored, also failedattempt to remove review.
Problem can be easily rectified full refund

let me make this clear to all, YOU SELL THE ITEM AS APPLE AIRPODS THAT HAVE BEEN REPACKAGED AND REFURBISHED, THEY ARE NOT IN ANY WAY A GENUINE APPLE PRODUCT REFURBISHED OR NOT AS APPLE HAVE CONFORMED.
You asked for them returned after I had informed you I had handed them over to SYP as is the policy with counterfeit goods. You offered 55% refund,why would I accept this for a product I no longer have?
You could have settled the mater but chose no to, I’ve past my claim to Barclays to gain a full refund.
Please potential customers if you want a cheap counterfeit item that’s fine but go to your local car boot or town Center halker and pay £20 that’s all these are.
Will yiu try to have this removed also?

Bought a pair of FAKE AirPod pro’s
Bought a pair of AirPod pro’s. Supposed to be genuine refurbished Apple.
Item arrived fully packaged in a “new” box. It was clearly a FAKE - the packaging wasn’t quite right. Lots of Chinese instructions - lots of plastic which Apple doesn’t use - and the case lid didn’t line up properly.
When I reached out to Pristine Gadgetz they said they had been refurbished with non genuine parts. This was clearly not true as they whole package was intended to be sold as a knock off Apple product.
Was offered a refund - which I accepted - but nothing ever came.
Avoid this company - you will lose your money.

Stay away!
Complete scammers - I will be reporting them for fraud to my bank and the authorities. I wish I had seen some of the negative reviews here (I am now assuming that the 5* ones are fake) previous to buying my Bose earphones from them - they sent me faulty earphones and stopped responding to me after I raised it immediately, let alone offering a refund or exchange as their policy on the website says.
I can now see several claims they also send people counterfeits - one to report to the police.

They sent me a faulty product and refused to refund me. After a while they said I could return it, gave me an address to which it has been received, and then they blocked me. It’s been a month and I have not received a refund and I have no product. I am in contact with my bank to try to recover the funds and will be reporting them to the police.
