I would just like to say what a pleasure it was to deal with this company
I used them for advice on a pension transfer and from the first meeting to the last they were professional efficient and left me feeling comfortable that they where giving me best advice
I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them to any one looking for financial advice.

Great service, great advice, smooth process
Excellent and prompt communication. Clear instructions and step by step details of the process to transfer my pension to NZ. Comprehensive advice which was sent in a timely fashion. Friendly, professional advice which was tailored to my needs. Very smooth process - my NZ advisor was equally impressed. Also excellent value for money compared to other advisors. Would definitely recommend!

I'm sorry you are disappointed with the service you have received. As you know we do not receive a fee from you for the vast amount of work we have completed on your behalf and any work we carry out on your behalf is at our cost. I am disappointed that your comments have not taken this into consideration, given the complexity of work involved and the reluctance to pay advice fees.
