Prismaat was crucial to our move to Portugal. We were not even sure if we would qualify for the visa that we were applying for. They were able to go through our details and confirm that we did stand a good chance. They helped us prepare our documents for the application, and open a bank account remotely. They guided us every step of the way. Even after our visa was approved, they came with us for the SEF appointment in Portugal, and carried all of our documents so that we did not worry about anything. In fact, they had to come on two separate days because there was a strike on the first appointment date, and the appointment was cancelled. When we had to move residence in between, they called and picked up our card from the SEF office on our behalf, and hand delivered it to us in Lisbon. Most importantly, they gave us confidence and a peace of mind with how cool they were throughout this very unpredictable and sometimes exasperating process. Prismaat is well worth their consultation fees. I highly recommend them.
