Ryan made it simple and easy to purchase a car from Priory Approved Motors.
The car we purchased was in showroom condition it was absolutely spotless, inside and out.
There was no pressure from Ryan, but at the same time very friendly and helpful and professional. We knew as soon as we saw the car we were going to buy it. Compared from some of the other cars we viewed previously from from other garages, we could tell this garage only sells the best quality. The presentation of the car was faultless. You can tell they put the effort in and no detail was over looked. I would definitely return to Ryan and Priory Approved Motors when looking for my next car. They deserve 10 gold stars - spot on

Having spoken to Ryan initially about a car I was interested in we spent the next couple of days talking and trying to find me the right deal. Ryan was always approachable and reassuring when I had any queries, I felt it was a personal experience as it didn’t just feel like speaking with a salesman I felt like each conversation or message was like speaking to a friend, all in all great company and first point of contact I couldn’t fault Ryan at all and felt he represented the company amazingly, would highly recommend Priory Approved Motors for simple car buying.

Overall, the experience was okay, there were some positives, but also communication could have been improved.

On the plus side, Ryan was courteous and responsive to my initial inquiries. The selection of vehicles was good, and I didn’t feel overly pressured during the sales process, which I appreciate.
I was also offered a courtesy car when my car wasn’t ready soon as I wanted it.
All in all, it was good experience and I’ll be recommending Priory Motors. I hope future customers have a more streamlined experience.

Here goes. I was sitting in a field when I saw an ad for pickups. I rang up and spoke to Ryan. He had a ranger in stock that fitted my needs, we did a deal, and he brought it over. Things didn't quite work out with it. At 615 in the morning it broke. At 0620 he had a courtesy vehicle on the way to me. Use it as a work vehicle he said, so I did. It was well used when I gave it back. We then did a new deal deal on a mitsubishi l200 and it's brilliant. They made a grumpy kiwi happy. Highly recommend them.
