This is the easiest weight loss I have ever been on. I recommend it to people everyday!

Everything was just as advertised. Had a dosing question and called customer service and got that resolved. Only needed to verify i had already started wegovy so I could get a higher dose from Priority. First 3 months supply arrived timely and cold. Thanks

I’ve had nothing but great customer service. My meds were shipped to my previous address in another state, as I was in the middle of relocating. I called and received support immediately. For a very small fee, the 3 months Rx was refilled and overnighted to my new address. I’ve used 2 other suppliers over the past 3 years, charging 2x as much, poor customer service and slow delivery. I’ve even recommended priority meds to my sister (RN) who is paying $400 a month with no insurance coverage. If your meds are warm or hot, be patient and kind. So far, I’ve seen a willingness to make me happy as a customer.

What made my experience great was that it’s working. I’m a disabled combat veteran. I have been asking and asking for help with my weight gain since beginning of 2001. Unfortunately, the VA would tell me that I would have to go through their weight loss program, I’d explain that I did already, and they assured me I just had to continue to go to their classes, although, I explained, it’s not working for me. In fact I continued to gain weight. I’m a small framed person, 5’6”, and my weight would run 150-160 lbs. I was very active, as I was a Letter Carrier, and my routes were always walking, and semi-walking. I also played softball, and bowling. But, when I left work in 2001, I really couldn’t keep the weight off. The VA was useless, as the weight program they had just was not a good fit. Last year, about October, I was at a Wine Dinner at a restaurant that I frequent. I met a couple who suggested your company and tirzeptide. I went home that night, and searched information on this medication, as well as the company, and found nothing that raised red flags, so, okay, I sat on it for a couple of weeks, until I just told myself to do it. I’ve lost approximately 44 lbs. I’m 202lbs now. I’m hoping to lose another 44-45 pounds in the coming months. I just started golfing again this year, I had not golfed since 2022. I kept running out of breath going from, yes, the golf cart to my ball. The swing alone caused me to wheeze. Anyways, I’ve played 8 games, weather in the Northwest is still wet and chilly, but, I’m out there again. I’m planning on walking the course again in a month. I believe in short steps. But, I sleep much better, and I can easily walk around the block, still can’t catch my cat, but I’m doing much, much better than I was since I started this adventure in November of last year. BTW; your customer service has been great, delivery was prompt, and on my second shipment, I didn’t even need to call, it was like clockwork. I thank all of you for this experience.

My meds were chill when they arrived even though it took almost a week to receive them. So far so good.

I recently purchased a 3 month subscription of tirzepatide. I accidentally ordered 1 on may 17 th and 1 on may 18th. I didn’t finish the paper work for the 18th and they charged me 641.97. I have tried to reach out to people and it seems to be impossible to get any answers and get my refund back. So I guess I need to file a dispute with my credit card company. Very disappointing

No major problems so far. Easy set up, meds working great. They check in with you but don't bug you too much. Straightforward pricing and options at a very reasonable rate. Overall very happy with priority meds. Transparent company. Product works.

So far so good after 3 months In, just started 4th month, and the refill process was seamless.

Medication works but I've tried to leave a message for the doctor but it always give error messages.

The product works great! But sadly, automatic refills and customer contact is horrible to manage. The patient always has to reach out - they are never proactive.

Scam!!! Look at all the reviews . Package arrive hot , melted Ice , medication went right in garbage. Tried calling Customer service but got an AI and created a ticket. After 10 calls asking for person have not received a call back to date. Chat in portal disabled making contact with medical provider impossible. Also “ Cancel Subscription” button disabled. Do not trust this company, there are better options.

According to them my medication was sent on May 13. I never receive it and nobody has reached out to me despite my 5+ messages on a chat that nobody replied to. So, this means they took $541 from me! They were very fast charging my credit card, but they have NO customer service. My next step is to call my credit card to be reimbursed and report them to BBB. This company seems to be fraudulent.

I reached out to you guys after you automatically charge my credit card for my second batch. I was told originally that you would not and that I would have to call to get my second batch sent. Not only did you do that you also overcharged me $100. And every single time I called all I was told is that my ticket would be escalated for a call back. So far 3 weeks not one call back from your company. I'm upset

This medication has been life changing for me. Struggling with my weight my ENTIRE LIFE has been so incredibly hard. Now I can get the weight off, and more importantly, keep it off!
I want to get my husband on it as well. Do you offer a discount for doubling the prescription?

Total lack of customer support. Late shipments. No response on any issues. Difficult website. Difficult cancellation. All in all a scam outfit. Do not use.

Arrived warm. It appears that everyone who received their meds the week around Memorial Day received warm meds. It also appears that they used a different pharmacy than in the past. My meds always arrive cold prior to my last shipment
