What a great tiny yet mighty company! They boldly advised that, for poster-only work, they're far better value for money than Gelato (yes they are!) and fulfill international orders (especially to the UK, US and Australia) at speed (yes they do). Cofounder Tom has a series of genuinely inspiring and helpful guidance videos and Cofounder Max provides the best website service updates I've seen. This is a rare tiny company that delivers on promises and helps you feel part of a community too!

Not only have they provided clear, simple guides to selling (for free !) but the ease of use of their portal, clever connections and constant innovations and timesaving is seriously impressive. I’ve been using PrintShrimp for my Etsy print on demand shop for a couple of months now and the experience has been seamless from day one. The print quality on the 260gsm gloss paper is genuinely excellent, museum grade feel that my customers have responded really well to. The Etsy integration works smoothly, dispatch is next day without fail, and the framed options in black, white and oak are a great addition to the product range. I've been using PrintShrimp for a while and cannot recommend them highly enough. From the ease of setup & ordering, to processing & dispatch times, they are second to none. The customer service is great & they go beyond to help you to succeed. The few problems I have encountered have been down to the courier (damaged in transit or lost order) and PrintShrimp have resolved the issue by either sending a replacement print or refunding the order. My customers repeatedly leave 5* reviews praising the quality of the paper, bright colours and speed of delivery.

I started using PrintShrimp a few months ago and to be quite honest I would not have carried on with poster creation and my Etsy shop without their support. The step by step guide to all you need to know about poster creation and the printing is spot on, and even if you get stuck the team are on hand to get you back on track. I’ve been using PrintShrimp since early March. Great customer service from Tom, Max and Jake. It has simplified the selling process for my shop and I am now able to offer worldwide distribution with or without frames and in multiple sizes. Would thoroughly recommend if you have a Etsy shop selling posters.

I started a little art business just for a creative outlet, after testing loads of other print providers and getting mixed results for the usual suspects I tried printshrimp prints are clear and the paper is good quality, not to mention its not eye wateringly expensive either so you can remain competative while still making a decent profit. Customer service is top notch, i had a minor issue which was resolved straight away, and orders go out super quickly. Honestly I can't fault them, sure some features like inserts would be nice but for now I'm happy.
