Excellent quality. We order a few different prototype boxes for our product line and the designers did a tremendous job in helping us getting all of the details just right.

This company delivers inferior product on a delayed basis. I had to place an order to get 10 samples made, then I saw how bad the quality was. When I tried to cancel the order they said the samples cost 1600$. They eventually offered me a better box at a much higher price. I paid for the boxes, then they delivered an incomplete order. My entire production was halted and I had to wait an additional 3 weeks to get the completed order. Cannot emphasize enough how bad this company is to work with.

I could not be happier with the customer service and quality of their products. My first order was perfect. We have currently been working on my second project with printingblue.com, with a VERY short time-frame required from concept, to final design, to receiving the order. Multiple revisions have been necessary, completely becasue of me--not them, and they have been absolutely excellent with quick responses to my questions and re-designs.
