Printeval Omdömen 64

I purchased what was advertised as a “3D figurine” from Printeval, and what I received was nothing more than a flat piece of perspex with a printed sticker on the back. It is completely 2D, looks cheap, and is nothing like the product images used to sell it.

This is blatantly misleading advertising. The listing strongly implies a proper 3D model, but in reality it’s just a flat acrylic cut-out. It feels like a bait-and-switch.

After looking into it, I found multiple other customers reporting the exact same issue — expecting a 3D figurine and receiving a flat plastic piece instead. Clearly this isn’t a one-off mistake.

Very disappointed. I would strongly advise others to avoid buying from this company if you’re expecting anything close to what’s advertised.

I ordered a so called 3d character of a personal photo. It took 6 weeks to arrive despite saying 3 weeks. When it arrived it was truly laughable. A chunk of flat plastic with the photo stuck to it. It was absolutely nothing like in the photo of what was being offered. Absolutely disgusting waste of money. Would love to share some photos of what they advertised and what arrived!

Ich habe eine personalisierte Plakette bestellt, die online mit einem 3D-Effekt beworben wurde. Geliefert wurde ein komplett flaches, billiges Stück Acryl. Der Kundenservice ist inakzeptabel: Mir wurde erst eine Rückzahlung von 6,99 € angeboten, dann 20 €. Trotz schriftlicher Zusage wurde das Geld nie überwiesen. PayPal konnte nicht helfen, da es ein personalisierter Artikel ist. Der Shop nutzt diese Lücke im Käuferschutz bewusst aus. Absolut keine Empfehlung!

Terrible service. Sent a blank shirt, claiming it’s what I ordered. Hidden in the description of the design I wanted had the words blank shirt. Total con, watch the small print!

Habe hier Trikots bestellt, die spätestens am 12.2. da sei sollten. Als ich die bestellt habe, stand in der Mail auf einmal das Paket kommt spätestens am 16.2. an. Daraufhin habe ich sofort ein Support Ticket erstellt, in dem ich geschrieben habe ich würde die Bestellung stornieren, sollte es nicht möglich sein, dass diese wie versprochen spätestens am 12.2. ankommt. Daraufhin wurde mir nie geantwortet und die Stornierung wurde einfach ignoriert und auch auf weitere Nachfragen an den Support kam keine Antwort. Auch zurückschicken kann man die Ware nicht, da das über den Support läuft, welcher nicht antwortet. Ganz übles Unternehmen, dass alles ignoriert und sich nicht an die eigenen AGBs oder das Gesetz hält. Würde hier niemals wieder bestellen

Der Artikel entsprach nicht der Abbildung in der Beschreibung. Mir wurde eine Teilerstattung zugesichert, auf die ich nun seit zwei Monaten warte. Leider bleiben meine weiteren Nachrichten an den Kundenservice bisher unbeantwortet.

I trusted Priterval and sent a cherished family photo to be turned into a figurine, exactly as advertised. After waiting over a month, what I received was not a figurine at all—just my photo cut up and placed behind thick plastic. That’s it. No craftsmanship, no sculpture, no resemblance to what was promised.

This is completely misleading and feels like a scam. They should be ashamed of themselves for deceiving customers, especially when it involves personal family photos. Anyone advertising this product in the U.S. should be held accountable.

Save your money and your memories—do not trust this company.

Null Punkte!!!!, Beschissen!!!, Wenn man nicht in der Lage ist korrekte Adressen auf Pakete zu kleben, sondern anstatt z.B. "Leipzigerstraße" einen Unsinn wie "Leipzigerstra(kaufm.undhashtag)223;e", dann ist das ein Armutszeugnis im internationalen Handel. Zumal DPD nicht in der Lage ist, trotz Telefonnummer und email-Adresse die richtige Anschrift zu ermitteln. Bin mal gespannt, ob ich die Ware überhaupt noch erhalte oder mein Geld zurück erhalte. Kann ich wohl abschminken.

Warte schon seit fast 4 Wochen auf eine handyhülle. Die Lieferzeit wurde auf der Website mit 2-3 Werktagen angegeben. Laut dem Tracking-Link ist die Hülle schon durch ganz Asien gereist war zwischenzeitlich in Frankfurt (2h von der Lieferadresse) und macht jetzt wohl noch eine Europatournee…

Avoid! I purchased some sneakers. On the order page it said they were eligible for returns within 30 days. I ordered on 11/3/2025. I received the order 12/2/2025. I ordered Christmas plaid tennis shoes. When they arrived the post office left a postage due notice for $15.75 to pick up the item. I contacted Printeval. They told me they would refund the postage after I picked up and showed proof of payment. They did as they said they would. I got the package home, opened it and I was disappointed that the shoes looked more red and black than red and green, but the main problem is that they were so uncomfortable when I put them on I had to take them off within 2 minutes. I tried again another day and same result. They are narrow in width and height. I do not have wide feet. The length was what I expected based on the size I ordered according to their size chart. So I requested a return right away, well within the 30 days. I got a response that sounded as if they would pass this on. The actual response to the request for return takes weeks every time there is an update to the ticket between them and me. They told me since this is a custom printed item they don't take returns and asked me to donate the shoes, but they ofered me an $18.00 refund or credit the fist time and a $25.00 refund or credit the second time. I declined both and said I wanted all my money back since I can't wear the shoes and I paid $35.30 for them. I am now waiting for yet another response which will take weeks. I will update if this ever gets resolved. UPDATE 2/20/2026 - I have gone round and round with them trying to get all my money back for the shoes I purchased. I was about to contact my credit card company and/ or Paypal to see if they could help to recover the money when I noticed another refund. However, what they have done is just WOW! These people are professional scammers. The shoes I bought cost $35.30. They sent them to me but didn't put enough postage on them. In order to pick them up I had to pay $15.75 (total $51.05 for the shoes). They told me they would refund the postage once I picked up the shoes. They did refund the postage in a timely manner, but the actual cost of the shoes has been a fight. The refund they just posted to my Paypal account is for $19.55. From Paypal's / and or my credit cards perspective I have been refunded $35.30 ($15.75 postage and $19.55). The original $15.75 refund was for the additional postage not for the shoes even though they told me I would be reimbursed the postage. Professional scammers!!! BUYER BEWARE! I would give them zero stars if that was an option.

Misleading and lying about the size about description of the product - personalized pillow. The price is not low and "product" you receive is a joke! Disgraceful company!

Don't bother. I ordered an item for Christmas on the 9th Dec and it still hasn't arrived today 31st dec. Tracking said it was still in china on chfistmas eve. They have ignored my requests for a refund as it's still on it's way, inspite of the fact it is now useless as a gift as christmas themed!

I ordered a Christmas gift from this terrible company. They said it would arrive before Christmas but a few days after I payed for my order they said it will be 15-20 days late. I cancelled my order and they have not refunded my money. It’s been 3 weeks. It’s literally impossible to get customer service from them. I’ve emailed them about 20 times without a response. You can’t call them because their only phone number is in Vietnam. I tried their chat option several times only to be told that it’s not available. This company is a scam. I’ve filed a dispute with my bank regarding the now two charges on my credit card and still have not received anything from them. It’s been almost a month.

Ordered 10/12/25. Not received despite stating it had been dispatched. Tracking just stays the same. Seems like a scam to me.

International drop ship rubbish. Expect weeks for delivery. AVOID.

I wouldn’t rate them any stars. Do not use this company. They take your money, promise a really good delivery date, don’t tell you the goods are coming from China, the goods never arrive and you can’t track the package without paying more money.Customer service take days to respond due to all the complaints and meanwhile the system sends automated banal
messages. Overall a terrible frustrating experience. Who needs it? Use Amazon. Next day delivery. Shut these scammers down.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered a printed mug as a Christmas present. After five days of hearing nothing I contacted them. I got an automated reply offering me a 5% discount on future purchases. After ten days I cancelled the order, still nothing. Finally I contacted PayPal who immediately refunded me. Don’t touch this company with a barge pole.
