Ich wollte eine 3D Acryl Figur anhand eines Fotos. Zum Valentinstag. Vorkasse. Dann die erste Email, wir können die Lieferung nicht gewährleisten. Teil des Geldes zurück. Sollte ursprünglich am 7.2. ankommen, dann hieß es, 23.2. Heute kam es an.... 26.3.

War es eine 3d Figur? NEIN! Geliefert bekam ich eine Acrylplatte auf die rückseitig ein Bild aufgeklebt wurde, mit KI erstellt. Ähnliche Pose wie bei meinem eingeschickten Bild, ansonsten null Ähnlichkeit. Ich bin richtig sauer. Nie wieder!!!

I got my item and pretty quickly. However the XL is SUPER small. I have sent multiple emails asking to return the not so cheap item. I’d like an email and return label and my experience would be 1000 times better!!

I ordered a Valentine’s Day gift — chose printerval specifically because it offered fast shipping. It was the only reason they got my business vs other companies. A month after Valentine’s Day, the item still had not arrived. Then I got a notice that it had been delivered, but I never received it. They ignored my multiple requests for a refund. So they get my money and I get nothing. That’s fraud.

Wir haben 2 T Shirts nach Maßvorgaben bestellt. Beide passen nicht. Erstmal war die Lieferzeit von 3 Wochen echt lange also kurzfristige Bestellungen gehen nicht. Also die Shirts dann kamen passten beide nicht. Haben dann per Mail Kontakt aufgenommen und antworten kamen mit verzögerung und keinen vernünftigen Aussagen. Nach nun 3 Wochen hin und her schreiben sind wir zu keiner Lösung gekommen und für mich steht fest dort wird nie wieder bestellt.
Achja die Stoffqualität ist übrigens richtig schlecht.

If I had a choice, they wouldn’t get any stars. This company is horrible. I ordered a coffee mug and five weeks later still not arrived. They finally told me it got lost and I would get a refund. I’m still waiting for the refund and there’s no way I can even contact them. This website is horrible. I would never recommend it to anybody.

Leider kann ich mich den überwiegend schlechten Bewertungen nur anschließen.
Ich bestellte mehrere T-Shirts für einen JGA. Da die Zeit drängte, bestellte ich mit Expressversand für 30€ an Versandkosten.
Leider kam trotzdem nur ein Teil der bestellten Ware rechtzeitig an. Auf meine Anfrage kam eine (KI-generierte(?)) Standardantwort, die absolut nicht weiterhilft, weitere Anfragen meinerseits wurden bisher ignoriert. Ich habe den Fall jetzt bei Paypal gemeldet.

I ordered two Team Canada hockey jerseys from this company at the beginning of January. After waiting over four weeks, the jerseys finally arrived, and the quality was extremely disappointing.

The stitching was very poor with loose threads everywhere, and many of the threads were not even cut. The biggest issue was that the colors were completely off and did not match the real Team Canada jerseys.

Their customer service has also been very bad. They advertise a “money-back guarantee” with a full refund, but they are not honoring it.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that people do not order from this company. Very disappointing service and product quality.

Habe hier Trikots bestellt, die spätestens am 12.2. da sei sollten. Als ich die bestellt habe, stand in der Mail auf einmal das Paket kommt spätestens am 16.2. an. Daraufhin habe ich sofort ein Support Ticket erstellt, in dem ich geschrieben habe ich würde die Bestellung stornieren, sollte es nicht möglich sein, dass diese wie versprochen spätestens am 12.2. ankommt. Daraufhin wurde mir nie geantwortet und die Stornierung wurde einfach ignoriert und auch auf weitere Nachfragen an den Support kam keine Antwort. Auch zurückschicken kann man die Ware nicht, da das über den Support läuft, welcher nicht antwortet. Ganz übles Unternehmen, dass alles ignoriert und sich nicht an die eigenen AGBs oder das Gesetz hält. Würde hier niemals wieder bestellen.

Ich wollte Gläser bestellen, 1. war die Lieferzeit sehr sehr lang und ich bekam den falschen Artikel. 2. Ich reklamierte, bekam aber bis jetzt seit Januar keine Antwort. 3. war der Artikel den ich eigentlich bestellt hatte teurer und daher habe ich jetzt mehr bezahlt für eine günstigere falsche Ware…

Produkt schon lange bezahlt aber nie bekommen. Auf Rückfrage wird man immer nur vertröstet.

Ordered 2 Canada Olympic jersey December 3, 2025. I didnt get the product until January 2026. It was suppose to be a chrstimas gift. Product was cheap and misleading to what was advertised. lettering, material. Not even close to hockey jersey material, more like football player jersey material .When I asked for refund they want to give me 35 dollars out of the 120 dollars that i spent and told me to keep their crappy product. No thank you. Their websited states full refunds. That is al lie, they want to give you a few dollar back and take a lot of your time up to stay on them. It takes days for them to return a customer service ticket.

Ware viel zu spät verschickt, keine Retoure möglich.

Printerval's customer service is non existent. The phone numbers they have on their website do not work and they do not respond to emails / return & refund requests. Their website claims returns and refunds for items but when inquiries are submitted they state items are "custom" and cannot be restocked. Despite this being listed nowhere online and the item not being custom at all. They have since ignored all follow up emails to get my money back. Not to mention the quality of the printed item is so poor, the shirt is virtually see through.

Sehr schlechte Erfahrung. Wir bestellten einen Kalender. Normalerweise erhält man so ein Produkt in 2 Tagen, hier dauerte es fast drei Wochen. Bei Ankunft keine Überraschung. Erhielten wir doch nicht den Original Kalendar sondern ein Reprint (Fake-Produkt?) aus Vietnam. Das war in einer soften Verpackung, so dass der KalenderKnicke hatte, überhaupt eine sehr primitive Ausführung. Auf unsere sofortige Reklamation werden wir jetzt hingehalten.

We ordered a leather Packer jacket and the wording on the back was misspelled. It has been 5 days since an email was sent to return this item. No response. We also reached out on WhatsApp as mentioned in their customer service contacts. We can see they read the messages, but do not respond.
Do not buy from this company and expect them to live up to what they say as far as their return policy. It’s a scam.
I will update this if anything changes.

Do not purchase from this company I received a very poor quality item that is nothing what i ordered .. completely different item and dreadful. I e mailed a few times . They are ignoring my request for a refund I have contacted PayPal and started a dispute

I am soooo surprised to see so many low scoring reviews. I knew my product would take long to arrive so I ordered very early for my wedding anniversary and I couldn't contain myself when I got it yesterday. I sent them a funny picture of the two of us and they did such a great caricature acrylic plaque. I absolutely LOVE it and am bummed I have to wait so long to give it to her. Only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was the long wait, but I expected it. My research says it was hand-created by an artist vs AI.
