I purchased 100 of their Google SEO final expense leads that are supposed to be 1 or 2 days old. I was sent a list of leads that I discovered, when I called them, were most obviously not generated the preceding 2 days. Five of the 100 leads on the list answered the phone, two of which hung up as soon as I identified myself, and the other three stated that they already had a final expense plan for many months, and had not done any searching in Google the past two days, or even the past few months. One person even said she had bought her FEX policy about a year ago. I then emailed the company to let them know that the leads they sent me were in no way 1 or 2 days old and they claimed that the people I called were lying. They offered to send me a replacement list of another 100 leads, which they did 4 days later. When I called the new list of leads my results were pretty much the same, although maybe they were slightly newer than the first batch of fraudulent leads. A couple people told me they had their FEX policies for over a month. I emailed again to let them know I was unhappy and wanted a refund for which they, of course, refused. When I told them I would call my bank to dispute the charges because I never received the product I purchased, they said they would fight back and would give me a negative review online for any negative review I give, whatever that means. Not sure how they can give me a negative review when it was I who purchased a product from them that they never delivered as advertised. I ordered 100 one or two days old leads of people who searched for final expense insurance, but I never got what I ordered. Now the company wants to claim that I am a liar, and that the 8 or 9 people I spoke with among the leads they sent me are all liars too. This company claims to have great reviews but all of their reviews are on their own website and on their Facebook page. There are no independent third party positive reviews to be found anywhere online, at least that I can see. Avoid purchasing from these scammers. They will just send you old and recycled leads no matter how new or fresh their website claims them to be. Buyer beware!
