We also understand your concerns regarding the company information you found online. Prime Sheds continues to process customer orders and provide customer support. We are reviewing the legal entity information displayed on our website to ensure that it is clear, accurate and up to date.

Your order was placed on 4 August 2026, and approximately two hours later you contacted us requesting cancellation. As the order was cancelled before dispatch, no goods were due to be delivered.

Your order has now been cancelled as requested, and a full refund has been processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take approximately 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Prime Sheds is still operating and trading legally. The current business and legal information displayed on our website is accurate. The Companies House information referenced in your review does not mean that Prime Sheds is an illegitimate business.

We respond to customer enquiries by email and aim to answer every message as quickly as possible. During periods of high demand, responses may take slightly longer, but your cancellation request has been handled promptly.
