Excellent free advice

I had a rodent problem and even though Prime Pest Control had no availability to assist they took lots of time to give advice for free not once but multiple times. I couldn’t recommend them enough and I just wish I could have hired them instead of the firm I ended up with as Prime Pest Control were so much better than the firm I did hire

Diligent and professional

The technician (also owner of the business) was polite, diligent and professional when helping us with a low level bed bug infestation problem. He is clearly knowledgeable about this type of pest, and was very careful when treating our child's bedroom, preferring to use steam and minimising the use of chemicals. We were very satisifed on the day; it has been several months and the bugs have not returned.

Great service and commitment

Great service and commitment, the pest technician was very knowledgeable and took time to explain and check everything. We are very happy as the bugs are gone now, we have no bites for three months already. Thank you guys very very much!

Great service

This review is the least I can do after the quick extermination of our bed bug infestation!

Great service!

We had a very bad infestation of bed bugs and we tried to get rid of them with commercial sprays but they didn't work. We called Prime pest afterwards and they sorted it out with two treatments and no signs of the nasty bugs for three months now. Very much appreciated guys!
