You have never purchased through us and i see your from Australia. We do not ship out side of the U.S.
Please provide Proof.
They took money from someone who was using my debit card illegally (identity theft). Even after reporting it to the Bank and going through the process of contacting all of the proprietors who took money from me unknowingly, these people refused to refund my money! A bunch of thieves who serve malignant males online. Do not use this company! Very Shady! I called them and they told me that they could not reimburse me because their card system goes through a third party. What a bunch of bull.

This did not happen because we do not have merchant processing and we do not request money from other people. Also you said you called us but we do not have a company number so i don't know who you called.
Also if you can provide proof that would be great as well!
