Abo-Falle aber vermeidbar
Vor ein paar Wochen habe ich mir einen PDF-Dokument etwas abgeändert und dabei habe ich nur 50 Cent bezahlen müssen, es wurden aber 1€ abgebucht. Nach einer Woche, obwohl ich kein Abo abgeschlossen habe, wurde bei mit 30€ abgebucht.
Ist eine Falle, aber wenn man die E-Mail angibt und sich dann mit einem Google-Account anmeldet auf der Webseite, kann man das Abo auch kündigen und es werden keine 30€ abgebucht.
Solange man nachschaut, passt alles ja. Aber wenn es doch noch 30€ abgebucht werden, kann man ja gleich den Abo kündigen und den Support kontaktieren bzw. hier eine Bewertung abschicken, nachdem man den Anweisungen folgen muss. Am Ende bekommt man auch, wie ich, die 30€ zurück.
Guter Service ist aber eine Falle, trotzdem zu empfehlen, man muss aber auch manches beachten.

Klassische Abo-Falle.
Wie viele andere hier wollte ich ein Dokument für 0,5€ online bearbeiten, was gut funktioniert hat. Nach einer Woche dann hatte ich Plötzlich ein Abo für 29.90 an der Backe - Was ich erst bemerkt hatte, als das Geld abgebucht wurde!
Alles war daraus ausgelegt mir glauben zu machen, ich zahle einen einmaligen Service - von einem Abonnement war nie die Rede, es war nirgends ersichtlich!
Vorsicht, das ist Betrug!

Situazioni poco trasparenti.
Noto non molto sorpreso che ultimamente ci sono molte vittime come me ed è evidente che gli affari vanno bene.
La prassi consolidata è quella che si evince da tutte le recensioni negative, se può essere utile aggiungo che immediatamente dopo aver notato il prelievo ho chiesto l’annullamento dell’abbonamento e bloccato il prelievo sul conto PayPal
Ho scritto una mia considerazione agli interessati facendogli notare che non so fino a che punto è consentito un prelievo dal mio conto senza nessuna autorizzazione, ma questo lo faremo verificare da persone competenti, e quindi a seguito del mio messaggio si è aperta una serie di comunicazioni fra me e un loro interlocutore.
In sintesi, il soggetto mi ha garantito che l’abbonamento è stato annullato e che, molto dispiaciuto, mi avrebbe stornato i 29,99€ sul mio conto.
In realtà mi sono stati stornati solo i due prelievi da 0,50, due, penso io, per accertarsi che dal conto si potessero prelevare soldini.
Senza portala per le lunghe con tutte le chat che ci sono state, il tipo non ha fatto altro che prendermi per i fondelli; quindi, per quanto mi riguarda non bevetevi le stupidaggini ingannatorie perché credo che nessuno avrà il rimborso di quanto prelevato.

Sono caduto anch’io nella trappola: mi serviva convertire un solo documento Word in PDF (inizialmente, secondo quanto riportato su Google, gratuitamente e successivamente con la richiesta di una cifra modesta) e mi sono trovato inaspettatamente un abbonamento dove vengono richiesti circa 30 euro al mese per un servizio che non ho richiesto e non intendo proseguire. Contatterò il mio legale di fiducia.

Achtung: Abo!
Ich habe nur eine Datei in pdf umwandeln wollen für 1€. Es war nicht ersichtlich, dass es sich um ein Abo handelt, wo nach 1 Woche 29,99 € mtl fällig werden. Dies habe ich erst gemerkt, als der Betrag abgebucht werden sollte.
Ich habe das Abo dann sofort gekündigt und habe eine Mail geschrieben, mit der Erwartung, dass der Betrag von 29,99 € wieder erstattet wird.
Bin mal gespannt....
Traurig, dass solche Tricks angewendet werden.

ACHTUNG ⚠️ Abo-Falle
Ich habe eine einzige PDF-Datei für angeblich 0,95 € umgewandelt. Kurz darauf wurden mir zusätzlich 44,95 € von meinem PayPal-Konto abgebucht, vermutlich für ein Abonnement, das ich selbst nicht abgeschlossen habe.
Man wurde hier nicht ausreichend auf die kostenpflichtige und teure automatische Abo-Verlängerung hingewiesen und nach 1 Woche wurde dann einfach mal das Abo für einen Monat über PayPal abgebucht ohne vorherige Ankündigung abgebucht.
Erst günstiger Lockpreis und dann teure Abo-Falle. Sollten die mir entstandenen Kosten nicht erstattet werden, werde ich dies auch noch zur Anzeige bringen.

Feels very dodgy
It worked ok, but 7 days later I find I have another charge on my card. To make matters worse, I don't have an account (it doesn't recognise my email) so this looks and feels like a scam - they get your card number and then start making monthly withdrawals which I assume they justify by reference to their t's and c's. But there's no way to cancel because I don't have an account! Dodgy.

Absolut enttäuschend.
Ich habe eine einzige PDF-Datei für angeblich 0,10 € umgewandelt. Kurz darauf wurden mir zusätzlich 49,90 € von meinem Konto abgebucht vermutlich für ein Abonnement, das ich selber nicht abgeschlossen habe.
Als ich mich auf der Website anmelden wollte, um das angebliche Abo zu kündigen oder mein Geld zurückzubekommen, wurde mir gesagt, dass ich gar keinen Account habe. Dasselbe Ergebnis bekam ich auch vom Kundenservice.
Trotz Abbuchung konnte man weder mein Konto noch die Transaktion finden und eine Rückerstattung wurde abgelehnt. Für mich völlig unverständlich: Wenn Geld abgebucht werden kann, sollte die Zahlung auch nachvollziehbar sein.
Schlechter Kundenservice, keine Hilfe und keine Lösung. Gebt mir mein Geld zurück. Ich kann diesen Service nicht empfehlen.

Ich brauchte nur einmal diesen Dienst und durfte gleich noch das Abo mitbezahlen
Ich brauchte nur einmal diesen Dienst, was mir 0,50€ wert war. Nach 1 Woche wurde dann einfach mal das Abo für einen Monat über paypal abgebucht ohne vorherige Ankünigung abgebucht. Neben der Tatsache, dass ich gar kein Abo wollte, was offensichtlioch irgendfwo als Testzeitraum verkauft wurde, habe ich niun auch doppelt bezahlt! Das würde ich auf Deutsch Dummenfang nennen. Ich hoffe andere passen da mehr auf!
