Ordered 3 weeks ago to the US
Ordered 3 weeks ago to the US. Shipment got stuck and sent back to the UK. Reached out to their email and got a response from Sarah saying it was still on the way and they can’t do anything. I responded as the tracking was updated and marked delivered back to uk and no response. Fully ghosted me and does not seem to care about me never receiving the package. It’s been over 10 days and no response from them. Very disappointing

Really disappointed
Really disappointed.
Bought a box of 10, they taste like packets of salt. No flavour and didn’t feel any nicotine hit. Poor product I’m sorry to say

A Great Range, Excellent Service
A great range, priced very reasonably and always fast shipping. I have contacted them regarding an order and they were quick to respond, helpful and polite. I wouldn’t buy pouches from anywhere else.

Highly recommend
Fairs, these lot are really good. Ordered about 100 cans over a few months with them and every single one has landed next day, with tracking. Great communication and customer service too. Can't fault anything really, not even their prices so have to give them 5 star. Got a loyal customer in me now. Would recommend.
