We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship and work hard to create products which are stylish and elegant while at the same time remaining functional and durable. Crafted with purpose is our motto for a reason. While style and detail are what inspire the design process, purpose and practicality are at the core of it. The wallet I ordered is lovely, however it quickly became damaged as pieces of the dyed leather came off not even a month after arriving. I've attempted to reach out to Primehide, who have essentially ghosted any attempts to contact them. It's been over a month since they initially responded, with zero further communication from them.
I have been buying from Primehide Leather for the last few years, their quality and craftsmanship is next to none and their customer service is outstanding with fast delivery
Lovely double glasses case very soft leather received so quickly thank you
I’ve ordered four items from Primehide Leather and have been very pleased with the quality and good value of all of them. Customer service and delivery time is excellent. Explaining my slight dilemma to what I thought was a chatbot, I was delighted to have wonderfully helpful responses which must have come from a real human!
Ordered a few times from Primehide online, great customer service, fast delivery and the best quality products. Will definitely be using them more in the future
Visited a PRIMEHIDE Pop-Up at David Lloyd - I was very impressed by the staff - they were very helpful and answered all of my questions about the products - will definitely be purchasing again :)
I bought a wallet for myself and my husband. Very pleased with the customer service, delivery and quality of the product. It's the lightest wallet we have used with the maximum space. Highly recommended.
