Umar was a responsible and safe driver, communication was great throughout, and when my son left his toy penguin in the car (after a very late airport pick up) Umar returned it the very next day. Travelling with two young boys on my own, late at night was tricky, but Umar and everyone at Prime Airport Transfer were so professional, efficient and at the end of the phone throughout the booking process right through to penguin return!
