A great value in the wine I ordered. Superb communication. Wine was held briefly because of an intense period of heat. It was nice to have someone care enough to take that precaution. I was like someone cared. That has become rare in these times!

Good experience
Good price, fast delivery, good packaging and good comms. There was a risk of delay due to hot weather so that the wine would not be exposed to too warm temps. Prima Vini informed on this. Thankfully, the delay didn't materialize.

I ordered a bottle of Italian Amaro
I ordered a bottle of Italian Amaro, and I didn't receive it. Once I placed the order there wasn't any way to check on the status of the order, no tracking at all, so after a few days I call theme and they just told me the inventory in stock wasn't right! So I bought something that wasn't available. I appreciated Frank on the phone who accepted my refound!

Always a great experience ordering from Prima Vina Wine Merchants. Prima is located in California and I live in New Jersey. Prima has consistently priced wines lower that those I have searched for in New Jersey, New York and Pennsylvania. I have placed a minimum of six orders for multiple cases of wine during the previous ten months. Prima provides updates during each step of the process and tracking information for the shipment. The shipment packaging is nothing less than perfect. An excellent merchant and will continue to purchase in the future.
