Considering Preworns absolutely appalling customer service skills, autobot email responses and lack of contact details - they seemingly have managed to have a previous negative review I left, removed!!

When returning items, they deny receiving them and withold your refund for MONTHS.. items sold are not in the condition as advertised and then they expect the customer to pay to return items that have been misleadingly sold.

Two very, very poor experiences with this company now.

Amazing place to buy reusable clothing, shoes, bags and much more! Just like Vinted and Depop but has so much more!

I love purchasing from Preworn. They have a wide selection of clothing for men, women and children. The stuff I have received has been in great condition with plenty of wear left in them! I love shopping second hand as it is better for the planet and is more affordable too

I have used PreWorn serval times now and not once have I been disappointed. The clothes are always in perfect condition, exactly how they are described, the delivery is super quick and the option to swap your items that you no longer want for gift cards is absolutely amazing! There is so much choice and has definitely change my shopping game for the best!

I was really impressed with my recent purchase from Preworn. It arrived really quickly and was a great quality top. Really good value for money and fab for shopping sustainably. There’s also a brilliant selection on their website, you’ll find anything you need.

Website is so easy to use and you can grab so many lovely bargains. I have literally bought jeans for £6 with tags still attached !!! How amazing is that.

Wide selection of clothes, including many brands. Really affordable prices & regularly have discount codes for use on top which results in some great bargains! Great way to look stylish while helping the environment ☺️

Truly, I adore the concept. Ethical and sustainable fashion is something I've been feeling more connected with and the importance of it, over the last 6 years. 90% of everything I own is now all re homed/ charity/ depop / vinted items. I am excited to be adding preworn into my wardrobe. They don't have silly prices either, and why would they due to the accessibility of vinted and depop. So for all the right reasons I can see, I'd reccomend them. :)

BE WARNED ABOUT PACKAGING AND FIXING ISSUES WITH SUPPORT.
I recieved my package improperly sealed (it was never closed) and therefore did not recieve 2 items. This SHOULD have been something that support could easily help me with.
Preworn only has one method of contact (their email) and they require you to email with the same account you ordered from to recieve any response.
When I did get a response, it was not from the email address I emailed as you would expect, but instead an incredibly suspicious looking email address (THAT IS MARKED AS SPAM)
This suspicious email is actually preworn, and they did infact offer me the refund for the two items they lost, but this whole ordeal was incredibly stressful and not at all worth it.

The missing items were entirely preworns fault for failing to seal the package, and the use of a suspicious email (which got flagged as spam) instead of a company email is nonsensical.
I would not trust Preworn LTD again, and have warned my friends and family about the issues I faced.

Most sizes totally wrong despite them being written on the clothes.

I had been very satisfied with this company's service, until I decided to try out their 2B Love Again bags, where you fill a pre-paid postal bag with clothes, send it to them, and receive a gift voucher for the site. I diligently followed the instructions, posted the bag back, and then nothing. I have emailed several times in the last two months asking about my giftcard, and I know they have received the bag as I have the receipt from the Post Office and confirmed it with the tracking number. But they never respond. Extremely disappointed and will not be using the site again.

Edit: Following this review, the company got in touch with me to apologise, and provided me with a £25 gift card, in light of this, I have changed my rating.

Brilliant service and the prices are ridiculously good!
I have bought from them several times and the clothes are always excellent condition some never being worn!!

My order was not delivered to me but according to the post office tracking, it was marked as delivered from a depot on the opposite side of London. I did raise this a number of times and I was completely ignored. So buyers beware.

I have bought several items from them and have been very pleased with the items and the despatch time.

The only gripe I have with them is that they do not always give the waist and inside leg measurements on ladies trousers and we all know these vary with different manufacturers. And unfortunately they cannot give you the measurements when asked so why buy trousers that may not fit you?
