Avoid - Possible scam

Placed an order on 16 January and deposited money into account as it was the only option. Did not receive any email confirmation.

Sent emails and filled in contact us enquiry forma online.

After 2 weeks there has been no response.

Think this company is a scam and lost my money

We do not accept bank transfers as a payment method, and we have had no orders matching the details you’ve described. Unfortunately, there is a known scam company operating separately that requests bank deposits, which may be who you interacted with.

Great product. Service improving.

Product is great. Service is not. I loved the product - been using it since it was under Permatan branding. But in the buy one get one free promotion I purchased two and only received one. I attempted to contact the company multiple times (via website inquiry form and emailed them directly) with no response. Hesitant to purchase from them again now

UPDATE: they were quick to contact me after posting my review and offer a generous discount for future purchases and committed to sending me three nasal sprays. Will update again if/when I receive them.

Seriously works so well

Seriously works so well. I bought the nasal spray and have been using it for a month now and I am quite tanned. I was skeptical about a nasal spray that makes you tanned but it works!

I went from a skin type 1 to type 3

Honestly I thought this nasal spray would not work... I was wrong it worked so good! I went from a skin type 1 to a skin type 3 so quickly. Fast shipping as well

Not sure if company is legit

Not sure if company is legit.
I received an email in oct-24 saying the company I usually purchase from “Permatan” has switched to being called prestige tans.

So I ended up ordering from prestige tans and had a full on reaction to their nasal spray (it was not the same formula)
Now permatan is up and running again and I questioned them and they’ve said prestige tan is not them at all and they’re pursuing this issue..

So yeah idk what’s going on.

We officially rebranded from Permatan to Prestige Tans in 2024, and you can verify this via our owned socials and our original domain Permatan.co, which now redirects to Prestige Tans.

The only change we’ve made is increasing the formula strength slightly based on customer feedback — everything else remains the same.

We’re aware of two fake Permatan websites trying to impersonate us — one of which we've already had removed from Google. If you have questions or need support, we’re happy to help.

Poor Company Service!

I, as well, decided to try their tanning spray using their closing out sale (Buy 1, get 1). I purchased 2 of these pkgs (should be receiving 4 bottles) on January 30, 2025 only to find they sent ONE! I did reach out to the company 3 times looking for a solution, and received one generic response with “please send us more information”. I did send them more information and got tired of waiting (as it is a costly product), so contacted my credit card company. I launched a dispute and just received word that I won, and was refunded for half the amount. Please note: this is not a complaint about the product itself, this is a complaint about the company, or lack there of. Too bad they won’t fix these issues.
UPDATE: After leaving my review, Prestige Tans reached out to me to rectify the problem - we discovered there was a technical issue with their email system which is why they didn’t respond nor receive my last email. They offered to send some of their product for free to make up for the missing ones in my original order. So glad they took care of me after all, and very satisfied with the outcome.

We do want to clarify that we responded to your original email on February 20th, asking for a bit more detail so we could investigate and make things right. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive a reply to that message, which is likely why things stalled from there.

After seeing your review, we immediately reached out again and offered to send 5 full-sized products completely free of charge, well above the original value, to resolve this properly.

That offer still stands, and we’d love the chance to make it right — just reply to our emails let us know your current shipping address and we’ll send the package out right away.

Update - I ordered the 1+1 during their "Closing…

Update! After posting the experience, the team reached out and resolved the issue. The product does work, even for a fair skinned girl like myself. I tan much faster and don't burn as easily. So happy to receive more of the nasal spray.

I ordered the 1+1 during their "Closing sale" but only received 1 bottle in my package. Have emailed them multiple times now, only got 1 response. Nothing after and also no solution. Nobody seems to feel the need to pick this up, and from what I read in the other reviews, I am not the only one with the same issue. Very disappointed at the way I am being treated. This is not a cheap product so I am truly hoping for a solution.

Literally so sick

Literally so sick. You feel like you have the worst flu ever for days after you spray this in your nose even ONCE. It’s is the worst feeling in the world. Whatever this is it is not Melanotan II, it is poison.

I was skeptical about trying a nasal…

I was skeptical about trying a nasal tanning spray, but Prestige Tans made it easy! The results were impressive, and my tan looked natural without the usual orange tint. It dried quickly, allowing me to go about my day without waiting. I feel more confident in my skin and appreciate that it's a safer option too
