Great products, quick delivery

Nice things come in small packages, and the chocolates deliver on presentation, however, given the premium price, I couldn't help but feel the chocolates didn't quite offer value for money.

Unfortunately, only half the order arrived initially, though customer service acted promptly to correct this once I reached out. While they offered a discount on my next order as compensation, I would have preferred additional chocolates as a more fitting gesture.
Overall, a bit of a mixed bag when it comes to value and service recovery.

Superb chocolate, nicely presented. An ideal gift for a 95-year-old. Or, indeed, anyone else.

Great chocolates

The champagne truffles are a family favourite. I bought them as present. My order was acknowledged and then the dates of despatch and arrival were emailed. I was delighted with the whole process.

Second time of purchasing and gifting these wonderful ginger thins!

Seamless service from ordering, to the delivery, which was great as it was surprisingly very fast. Excellent service.

Kept informed about delivery and arrived on chosen date. Problems with Royal Mail courier and informed Prestat customer service who responded quickly. Order was updated a few times online as showed complimentary chocolate bar which final version and delivery did not include. However good range of chocolates and nice packaging with unusual flavour combinations.

Surprise Items received were poor. Not enjoyable & cheaper options. Not worth it.

Swift delivery and a fabulous product. My favorite chocolate by a long way. Not cheap, but not that much more expensive than other upmarket brands which are much less tasty in my opinion.
Savor in small quantities as a luxurious and delicious treat to save the bank balance and the figure!

Anniversary card was not sent with chocolates and at £3 / chocolate (incl. delivery charge) these are now too expensive. Won’t be buying again Hotel Chocolat here we come.

Shameful service
2 day delivery took 9 days eventually after I sent many complaints I got a response hardly any apology eventually arrived gave me voucher for 10 pounds so thought as my partners 60th in a day I ordered again next day delivery did not arrive next day
I don’t know what has happened to Prestat but I for one won’t be ordering again absolutely shameful company service

I selected a shop to collect my order, but a a shop assistant said it was not arranged this way?

Lovely flavors, the boxes are also very elegant and pretty to display on my tea table. I am glad that I can order directly from Prestat to be shipped to California. Thank you so much 🙏

I'm grateful to Prestat for reminding me to leave this review. Sadly the Easter Egg was pretty awful. Really poor quality chocolate, tasted sour and a bit odd. No hint of any hazelnut (Piemontese or otherwise) in the chocolate, and the included truffles (which did allegedly contain some hazlenut) were a bit greasy and again just odd - nothing like the quality of truffles you get from Charbonnel, for example.
Also, the Easter Egg was embarrassingly small, as well as of poor quality. You'd expect more for the price, but equally I'd have happily have paid more for something a bit nicer.
Inexplicably, they included in the delivery two bars of "Milky Cloud" chocolate that I didn't order or pay for. Checking their wrappers, it turns out they expired in a few days so I guess they thought better to give them away than waste them. A nice idea, but unfortunately the chocolate was just a bit weird and not very pleasant so they ended up being thrown away anyway, along with the Easter Egg. Sadly can't recommend.
