I absolutely LOVE the content
I absolutely LOVE the content. Very well written.
I am frustrated with the "tech" end. I'm currently frozen on Lesson 4 quiz. It won't let me continue. Your staff is working on it and indicated they would let me know when the system is repaired. I really have enjoyed the lessons so far. I'm excited to apply my knew knowledge soon.

Communication
Communication needs to be better. I had a hard time getting into the site because of PW problems. I reached out for a phone call, and no one called me. I did get an email.

Hard to navigate. No one to talk to about it! At least one reader by lesson for is not a good reader, in fact terrible!
Hard to understand which sections have an audio or not. Very hard to navigate from section to section. Very frustrating not knowing why, and there is no one to talk to. No answer to my emails for any support. Paid the fee and basically left alone. Very bad experience so far at module 4.

I never received any acknowledgement of my payment, nor any login details or any instructions whatsoever. Downloaded modules a couple of times, but nothing seems to save. I enquired about the quizzes and received no reply. Right now I have module one for about the fourth time and cannot move past it. Very poor indeed. I don’t think I will bother with it.

I liked the length of each module
I liked the length of each module. I liked the quizzes. Albeit, the answers were not difficult; however I needed a win in the academic domain of my life and this provided it. I liked every feature of the modules but I thought the "word" Bible Study was my favorite. I learned so much from those sections and thought it was worth the course alone. I appreciated the Prayer sections as well and I would reference those later. One thing I wish could be done, regarding the practice scenarios, I wish for an interactive multiple choice involvement. I am not sure if I explained that well but instead of listing what to say in the scenario have the trainee practice through a series of answers that would result in different client responses. I know that would be a lot of work but at least we could practice what best to say. Thanks again

Hello Jennifer,
Thank you for letting us a review.
We have already replied you a couple of times but, unfortunately, you seem not to be able to receive our emails. The mail you registred while enrolling had a mistake ("rock" was written twice) and this is why you did not receive our welcome email with your login credentials. In the meantime, we have corrected your email address on the platform and reset your password. If you'd like, you may contact us through or social media so we can advise your credentials.
God bless,
Monica
One of the best platforms to learn the Bible deeply.
Everything in the course is biblical, what else a Christian learner need?! The explanation, examples and everything. Praise God, the curriculum designer did it well.
