In 2018, Pre Reg Master released a mobile application that has helped thousands of trainees pass their registration exam. The application contains over 500 GPhC style questions with comprehensive explanations to aid exam preparation. Demand was high for a programme that focused on content aligned with the GPhC framework, without reteaching the Master of Pharmacy degree. We intricately developed an online dashboard to tackle this and provide a versatile revision aid for trainee pharmacists. The dashboard has taken over 18 months to complete and includes over 150 videos spanning the framework. Each video panel contains references, resources, contents and a dedicated forum section manned by expert pharmacists to answer any queries that arise. There is also a general support section for any questions related to the foundation training year.

Pre Reg master has saved my revision life!! The dashboard has helped me so much as knowing I have a structure for my revision already prepared for me has saved me a lot of time and stress. The app with questions is so useful for testing my knowledge.

Sorry to read your 1 star review for Pre Reg Master.
You purchased the Pre Reg Master app which contains over 500 questions on Sun 10 Apr at 3:30pm for £29.99 which grants you 3 months access.
On Sun 10 Apr at 11:47pm you emailed our support team with a blank email. We replied to that the same night at 2:23am to ask how we could help.
On Monday 11 Apr at 7:04am you emailed to asked if you could use the app on your iPad to which we answered no - as it is an iOS and Android app only (for mobile use, not tablet).
In the space of 30 minutes, you sent 6 different emails asking the same questions. These varied between resetting your password to refunding you.
In the hours following, you continued to send a barrage of emails. In total, over 15 emails were received.
We responded to all of your queries and did not hear from you until 2 days later on Wed 13 Apr at 10:50am. You demanded a refund within 24 hours and threatened a chargeback with the bank as we “failed to provide any support whatsoever”.
We replied to you within 8 minutes to explain our latest resolution and we attached our previous emails too. You replied stating that you somehow did not receive these emails on Monday and that we should email you at another email address.
You then sent us another slew of emails about accessing calculations and moved the conversation to Instagram. You sent us a direct message at 11:49am to which we replied at 11:51am.
Your main point now was that we provided calculation packs for £29.99. We explained that we did not, have never done and that we only have two products:
1) Pre Reg Master App which contains over 500 clinical, law and OTC questions
and
2) Pre Reg Master Dashboard which contains 150+ videos covering the GPhC framework
You insisted that you saw a calculations package for £29.99 on our website. When asked to show us a screenshot you could not provide it.
You then insisted on a refund and we explained that Apple and Google would not refund you as you had already used the app.
But, as a matter of courtesy, we refunded you the full amount of £29.99 immediately.
Even then, you continued to ask if we had an app for calculations to which we answered NO.

Yvonne, my team has gone to great lengths to address your queries and has even refunded you in full. Your review is unfair and inappropriate. I ask you to reflect on the GPhC standards for professional conduct. These standards should be applied in all aspects of your life, and not just when those 7 digits are displayed on a wall.

The videos are really useful
The videos are really useful! Everything is covered across the board! I’ve been quite nervous about the exam in June but now I’ve calmed down knowing I have everything laid out. I haven’t been able to watch that many yet but so far everything has been excellent!

Making revision easy!
Only been using the dashboard for a short time but it is absolutely fantastic! There’s videos covering everything! Makes it so much easier to revise now without having to make notes or figure out what to revise.

Very thorough and helpful package that includes everything I need right now to help me pass the pre reg exam. I would highly recommend for anyone that would like a very well structured programme, that includes high quality notes content on Law, calculations, OTC, and BNF chapters that are tailored for the exam with questions and an upcoming mock to test your knowledge and fill in the gaps. Out of all the resources and courses out there currently, I have preferred to exclusively practice and gain my pre reg knowledge from this programme as it is very consistent and thorough. I have found that the notes here have addressed multiple mock exam questions which I other resources out there do not focus on. Overall, a brilliant and very thorough programme, I am confident this is all I need to help me pass this summer.

Thank you for your review Ali Wal. Our Pre Reg Master Dashboard was hand crafted from the ground up, and our content took over 18 months to produce. The work doesn't stop there though, we constantly update content on a weekly basis alongside updates from BNF and NICE.
High quality affordable content
Having come across a multitude of different pre-reg courses and one day crash course cons it’s refreshing to finally see quality content for an affordable price.
The pre-reg master dashboard is well designed and easy to navigate. The notes are concise and make the BNF less daunting. The addition of the 500 Qs via the pre reg master app is also brilliant. I’ve found myself tapping away doing questions on my way to work and during my lunch breaks. The OTC, law and calculations notes are very well made and the annotations in each video makes it super easy to follow along and understand what’s going on.
Im sorry but nothing comes close to the notes and videos on offer. I’ve learnt so much and I feel way more confident for my exam in June because of the pre reg master course.
It’s also refreshing to be part of an active community via telegram and actually get fast replies to any queries I have from the pre reg master staff.
In summary, the best thing you can do for your foundation trainee year is to sign up for the pre reg master dashboard. You won’t find anything as good or as affordable.
