Prep Perfect Omdömen 

This is my first time using a prep food company and I was unsure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised with how good the food and service was. I thought I had tried most flavours but the Mushroom vegan shawarma made me damn near mess my boxers. I will be using this service again

The prepping was good just the flavour and quality of ingredients needs to be improved

This company is amazing.. delivery is always on time and food is such excellent quality I recommend anyone to buy food from here I have only been buying for a couple of weeks now but I will continue on into the future.

Some food are good but there is alot of food I didn’t like. Not enough meat options (ex:steak etc...)

Really nice meals, I was worried they may not taste bland but the flavours are really nice and perfect portion sizes. Delivery was in time and packed well with ice packs. I’m definitely going to be using them again.

I’m not a fan of the food - found it extremely average and wouldn’t like to try again..

Good food that is very flexible and convenient. I follow a low carb diet and this makes it so easy to choose what I want for the following week with enough variety to keep me coming back! Much fresher than shop-bought ready meals and without all of the additives.

Excellent meals! Trying to reduce my carb intake! These meals did the trick!

Very good. Fresh food. Simple instructions. I love it shows your macros on the side of each box. Exactly what I needed when my days are so on the go!

I had the low carb meal plan which included 10 meals for £60 averaging £6 per meal. The proteins were overcooked even before they were reheated in the microwave so I was disappointed as I would have expected better for the price

Where do I start?

We got 2 x 28 day plans - one was weight loss and the other was muscle building.

They arrived the first week and it was great, I was losing weight... what more can I ask for right?
Wrong.

The taste of the food is very bland as others have said, but the main concern was I found what looked like a BEARD HAIR in one of the containers of food. It can't be mine, as I had just clean shaven incidentally for the first time in about 4 years the week before!

I thought it was a one off, and I emailed them to which they refunded a portion of our total order which was over £500.

The second week delivery arrived, and the containers were damaged in transit. Not their fault, but DPD's instead. I wasn't fussed and again they were amazing with a partial refund of that week.

Week 3.. it arrives, and as I am unpacking it I heat up one of the meals for my lunch. ANOTHER HAIR! Not a beard hair, but instead it looks like a hair from someone's head. I was disgusted, I felt sick (and still do) and my stomach turned immediately.

I emailed them again, and expecting a refund I was surprised that one of the directors phoned me apologising profusely. It's not her fault, but they need to look at their practices in the kitchen. My order was completely refunded and I asked her to cancel week 4. I could not and did not have the heart to have another weeks worth of meals.

All in all, I'd give them 2/10 for the whole experience. If you are going to order, make sure you have some sauce and salt with you as the food tastes the same regardless of what you get. Furthermore, they go cold so quick even if you heat it for 3.5 mins in the microwave so be prepared to eat quick!

Customer service was impeccable though, can't fault them. If it wasn't for the hair I would probably have given them another go.

Oh, one final thing, their desserts are the best bit but you can't call it a 'Protein Brownie' when there's only 3g of protein in the brownie!!

Really tasty food, prompt delivery and very filling! Love how all the nutritional information is on the tubs.

Would be better if more food choices as had to order same meals twice but I’ve seen they have changed their menu so I will check this out :)

Food on the whole is tasty. Don’t seem to change menu/choices very often, so soon gets quite repetitive. Food delivered over a day late, so food had to be frozen straight away and I had to get alternative food. Company didn’t respond to emails.

I like to cook using fresh ingredients.
And I’ve always been a little hesitant about ordering Meals on line.
I can honestly say that these meals were beyond my expectation they are extremely fresh and very delicious. They have been made using quality ingredients. Very healthy and very filling.
Would definitely recommend to friends and family and would definitely order more soon.
It’s great to just pop them in the microwave for 2 to 3 minutes and have a meal ready it taste fresh & better than anything similar that you can buy in the shops. And save lots of time in the kitchen too!
