Poor. Pooe service. Poor delivery. Abissmal customer service. The old preppedpots/muscle food meals and service were leagues better. Questionable protein content as well. Products now in small cardboard cubes. Arrived 2 days late, hence defrosted and leaking into box. Not fit for consumption. No support, refund or otherwise given. Id avoid this company and find better meals elsewhere
