Effective, affordable and great service
I used Prepared for both the contract review and conveyancing of my house purchase and had a great experience. The contract review was done with a quick turnaround and at a fraction of the cost I was quoted from other traditional conveyancing services. I liked that the digital system highlighted the important details but there was still an experienced lawyer involved to double-check, which gave me confidence everything was covered.
When it came to conveyancing, everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Communication was clear, updates were timely, and the end-to-end experience was straightforward and stress-free. I would highly recommend Prepared to anyone looking for an effective and affordable way to handle their property purchase.

Excellent Conveyancing Service.
The service provided by Prepared Conveyancing when buying our house in Melbourne recently was exceptional! Lindel, as senior lawyer, was very professional and we felt very confident and comfortable with her dealings from the contract, searches and all that is required in a conveyancing legal service.
Her communication was also outstanding. Lindel was available to answer all our questions, and explained everything step by step as the process unfolded.The paperwork we sent her was dealt with promptly via email, and several phone calls enabled us to walk through the legal terms and reams of documentation with ease. Lindel checked our contract thoroughly, making amendments when needed, and was also able to clarify the differences between the Qld and Victorian selling and buying regulations, as we moved from Brisbane and bought in Victoria. She contacted and liaised with our legal team in Brisbane to ensure a smooth settlement and this was done seamlessly electronically, as was all the signed documentation that was handled with her expertise and guiding hand.
All the final legal paperwork, statements and titles were in our possession within days of settlement and we would highly recommend the services of Prepared Conveyancing. They definitely took the worry and concerns out of the picture as interstate buyers.
