I ordered 4 Sim-cards (for 4 months) for Switzerland and they arrived promptly. Upon arriving I activated the first Sim-card without any issues. Data and Internet worked fine, making calls was a bit slow and painful but Receiving Calls was impossible. I called the helpline of the UK provider and after hours on the phone finally got the tech department. They helped me by changing settings on my phone and this did not work, tried a few other things they finally gave up. Instead of receiving calls I got a text saying that someone called and left a message. No matter how I tried I could not connect to their message bank either. After trying for a few days I gave up and bought a swiss sim card, put it in and bingo, all worked, data, internet making and receiving calls no problem. I wrote to prepaidsims.com.au and explained my problem. they checked and found that what I said was true and told me to return all sim cards to them so they could fully refund all that I paid for the 4 sim cards. They did and I am grateful for their service and help resolving the problem.

It was easy to purchase, initial instructions were clear and while using in New Zealand I had no issues at all.

The only problem I encountered was the activation when in NZ. The email sent had a QR code to scan to activate, however it is not possible to scan the QR on the phone you intend to use. This became difficult as I had to find someone who could take a photo of the email containing the QR code, I was then able to scan this to activate. Would be helpful if could be done another way, especially when your only traveling with one form of technology.

I paid $77 for 50gb 30 days Taiwan. My wife bought hers in Taiwan which was $70 unlimited. So mine was a rip off. I won’t buy from you guys again.

Arrived on time, and was simple to set up

We were very satisfied with Prepaidsims esims on recent Europe trip. Used 39 day and 15 day options, for data and internet. No problems through Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Albania, Greece. Much cheaper than roaming on my regular service.

Initially. It appeared the eSIMs wouldn’t work but it was a settings issue. The first set of instructions did not look like what I could see on my phone but a couple of emails with support and all was well. Excellent coverage in Indonesia. Great value for money.
