The review content and teaching was great. The only thing I would suggest is trying to make paid sessions just a little more affordable because I know a lot more students would do it if it was. That being said, I know how hard you guys work and it's not cheap.

Really found Prep101 to be an instrumental part of my MCAT journey. Having no background in many of the topics tested on the MCAT, I found the Prep101 online course to prepare me extensively for the real deal. Classes were well structured, and there is lots of time and focus on practice material. I would say Prep101 helped me immensely to achieve my desired score!

Extremely helpful! Concepts explained much clearer than they had been in lecture. So many examples which really help you understand concepts.

Prep101 is helpful for MCAT prep. I really enjoyed the exam cracker books and the classroom companions. I also enjoyed the flexibility with Prep101.

Prep101 was essential to my success on the MCAT. They made me feel prepared and confident for test day by having knowledgeable instructors and interactive online lectures. The flexible schedule was a huge plus as well

The Program is great especially due to the flexibility it provides with the online course. Taking courses on the weekend or weekday really helps in the student lifestyle. I also thought the instructors were incredibly helpful by answering questions on email almost instantly. I also liked the multitude of resources that were at easy access such as all of the AAMC question banks and practice tests. If there were some things I would add to the course would be to provide a different resource for the Psychology section. ExamKrackers does not do a good job at covering a lot of the content. If anything some of the extra tests that we receive from places other than the AAMC can be removed to get better psych resources. I had to learn a lot of psych material on my own thru using the AAMC practice tests and Reddit. Other than that, the course was helpful in allowing me to reach a score of 515.

Supportive instructors and staff all around. Provided detailed comprehensive teachings of material and how to approach passage-based exams. Great collection of practice exams and suggested schedule to follow.

I signed up for Prep 101's MCAT course, but contracted a chronic pain illness within the first month of the course, which disabled me from attending it any longer. Because I could no longer attend the course, I received a doctor’s note and sent a detailed email in an attempt to get at least a portion of my money back; however, the company refused to do so.
Their response was unjust and I am extremely disappointed with their customer service skills. I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

Actually, I first emailed your company June 22nd, 2019 to indicate that I must withdraw from your course due to a newly contracted medical condition. Initially, my plan was to retake your course the next summer; however, my condition worsened (which is obviously out of my personal control). When this happened, I received a doctor's note at my specialist's earliest convenience in an attempt to get a refund from your company. Doctor's notes from specialists who are in demand take a long time to write and receive, which is also something that is out of my personal control. That is why you didn't hear from me again until March 2020, once I finally received the supporting doctor's note. The doctor's note
1. Was dated on March 2020
2. Clearly stated my medical condition, outlined valid reasons why I am no longer physically able to attend this course, and stated that I am canceling my enrollment (and thus should be entitled to a refund of some sort).
Prep101's response to my refund request was not satisfactory. Exceptions to refund policies should be made by companies in situations where a new illness is contracted that is beyond the client's control.

I used Prep101 several times for different undergrad classes and loved that they had professors in some cases who had actually done the courses themselves (during their own undergrad) and could teach the concepts in a very relatable and accurate way. They know their stuff. Teaching us to analyze each practice exam question and pick apart how to eliminate wrong answers and know how to select the correct one along with getting a deep understanding of the logic behind each was one of the most valuable parts of the preparation and made every dollar worth it to have that support!

I took the MCAT prep course with Prep101 and definitely recommend it! I was able to stay on track with my studying and felt very motivated. The structure of the course is incredibly helpful in making you feel confident for the exam. Not only are the instructors very knowledgeable and helpful, they provide you with ample support so that you can achieve the score you want. Customer service was also awesome - the MCAT team provided us with a study schedule to use once the course was over, and it was tailored to our specific exam date, too.
