Very pleased with our replacement windows and doors from PTW. Impressed from first meet with Dan through to 2 Marks and Rhys on site and Ben behind the scenes. All queries handled well from start to finish and feel confident if we have any issues in future the team will be responsive. Tough work during a heatwave but still kept to schedule.
Our house was built in 1906 and the original single 4mm pane glass windows have withstood the test of time but not the loss of heat from the house in winter!! We decided to replace all windows to front of the house with double-glazed (24mm) timber framed windows and same period style aesthetics.
From initial enquiry (Dan), survey, sales engagement through to installation and finish, PTW were easy to work with. The installation team (Mark x2, and Rhys) were very diligent, thorough, and precise in ensuring we were happy with the way they were approaching and delivering the new windows.
The quality of finish is exceptional. Nice people, quality workmanship and easy to work with!
The PJW team have communicated efficiently and professionally throughout the process from initial approach to quoting to installation and after care. We couldn’t be happier with the results of our new windows and doors, which have made an immediate and marked impact in terms of warmth and noise reduction. The workmanship and products are high quality. Onsite work was conducted with care and a friendly, respectful attitude from everyone. PJW also came up with an innovative solution to a problematic window location that was lacking from other companies. Small issues with keys and front door fittings were dealt with swiftly. All in all, I would highly recommend PJW as a small, locally based business offering value for money, intelligent solutions, high quality products and a great team.
Premium Timber Windows (PTW) are a first class company from start to finish. I have used other timber window companies in the past and the widows don't nearly match up to the quality of PTW. I have had their window fitted for 3 years now and still look like new. Any queries or problems they are always quick to respond. Highly recommend.
This is the second time I've had windows from Premium Timber Windows and the product quality is really excellent. The whole team are easy and pleasant to deal with, and Rhys and Victor did a great job on installation. Thank you!
I've high praise for Premium Timber Windows Ltd, the quality of their work and customer service is exceptional. The talented team is not only trustworthy, professional, polite and diligent, I am astounded by how much it meant to each person that I was a happy customer. During every aspect of the process of ordering and installing new windows and doors for the entire house, there was minimum disruption and great care taken to deliver on time. There are no hidden costs, always honest communication and courtesy given for any extras that would enhance the end result.
We have nothing but praise for Ben, Mark & the team. From the start of the design process to the installation has been excellent. We are so pleased with the windows & oak front door - both products have exceeded our expectation, along with a competitive price. The installations were completed with care & any issues were dealt with promptly & expertly. We couldn't recommend PTW highly enough

This company supplied all our timber windows and doors, a great product, but regardless the Aftersales was absolutely dreadful.

For clarity, this review relates to a single historic order, the only one of its kind, which has previously been reviewed on Google, where the original review remains publicly visible. All 3 1 star reviews, which are our only negative ones, they are all up still. Nothing has been removed by us our any of the review platforms.
The matter involved an issue for which we proposed multiple reasonable solutions in line with our contractual obligations. Despite our ongoing efforts to resolve the matter directly, an independent resolution process was used, after which a small goodwill payment was offered purely as a gesture of resolution and without any admission of liability. This was accepted, and the matter concluded. We remained engaged throughout and handled the situation professionally and respectfully.
We take great pride in our work, aftercare, and customer service. In over a decade of trading, situations of this nature are extremely rare. Prospective clients are encouraged to review the full range of feedback across our established locations and platforms, which provides a balanced and representative view of our products and service.
