I got my son's a gift from Seiko Mods after they wanted their first watches that were reliable, had the looks and automatic mechanism. The best I could think of was a Seiko movement paired by a mod design. I found premium hour on Instagram and contacted them for the watches.

Excellent service, tracking info was up to date! My watch arrived without issues is a sturdy shipping case for protection. Came all the way to New York, then travelled down to Trinidad & Tobago. Had to adjust the links to fit snug; and the local shop was stunned by the piece and wants to order some for their store. Do not be afraid to order, and they are beautiful as shown on the site. No fuzziness in the display, the dial is flawless and the Arabic numerals were beautifully polished. Thanks guys!

I ordered a custom watch that is not displayed on the website. It came professionally wrapped up and in a box. The watch itself is beautiful, shiny, well-polished, and surprisingly heavy. The quality is great, and I got a lot of people giving me compliments for it. The customer support is also very helpful and respectful. I see that a lot of people in these reviews did not have such a pleasant experience, but mine was great and still continues to be so, considering that I've been wearing the watch for 8 months already. If you want a relatively low cost watch that is beautiful and of great quality, then I definitely recommend them.

Avoid at all costs. They take you money and dont deliver the watch. Dont respond to emails. Dont respond to instagram messages

My dad ordered a watch for my 18th which was in February and the watch didn't arrive until 4 weeks after ordering. Chased this up multiple times on email with no reply. Insta DM's were slightly more active however no help whatsoever as would keep advising me on the way but no tracking updates. The guy was also very rude on messages and was very unformal. Poor customer service. During this time my dad requested a chargeback with his bank and this was processed roughly the same time the watch arrived. Due to this the person phoned my dad at 12pm in the night and was sending messaged threatening to send the watch back or make payment asap or he would take it to court and send bailiffs. We agreed to send the watch back as was poor quality anyways (imported from China btw. You can find the same watches on AliExpress so nothing premium about them). Before when the watch was on its way the guy would ignore messages and take days to reply, however when he needed the watch back he was messaging most days and rushing us to quickly send the watch back. Eventually sent it back but will never get anything from here again and would not advise anyone else to do so either. VERY poor experience overall and have never seen such poor service anywhere else in my life.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with PremiumHour. I ordered two watches in December 2024, but I never received my package, even though the tracking information falsely claims it was delivered.

I have sent multiple emails and messages, yet I have been completely ignored. I even left comments on their Instagram posts to get their attention, but instead of responding, they deleted my comments. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

This website is clearly a scam. They take customers’ money without delivering the products and then refuse to respond to any inquiries. To make matters worse, they keep posting fake reviews from non-existent customers to make themselves look legitimate. Do not fall for their deception—stay away!

Absolutely terrible asked them multiple times for a refund for a whole month and they never even replied to my mails
