Absolutely Appalling – Avoid at All Costs!
This has been, hands down, the worst experience I’ve ever had booking a holiday. From start to finish, this broker has been utterly incompetent and shockingly unprofessional.
Firstly, I booked and paid for an 8-day holiday – only to later discover it had been shortened to 5 days with no explanation, no refund, and no compensation. That alone is bad enough, but it only went downhill from there.
They took full payment before they even secured our flights. This caused massive issues when they suddenly couldn’t get us on flights for the original dates. I was told to wait 24 hours while they “sorted it” – only to be offered limited, unsuitable options that meant the trip was shortened to 6 days.
Just two days before departure, I tried to check in using my booking reference and found the flights didn’t exist. When I contacted the broker, they casually said the flights had been cancelled and replaced with a later time—causing us to lose yet another day. I explained that a night flight wasn’t possible with two babies and was met with zero sympathy and no attempt to help. Their only response? “There’s nothing I can do.” Had I not called, I wouldn’t have even known the flight had changed.
To make matters worse, when I contacted the airline directly, they confirmed nothing had been cancelled — the flight was simply fully booked. So either the broker lied or they are completely clueless. Either way, it’s totally unacceptable.
Their customer service is disgraceful. When they don’t know what to say, they mute the call, leave you waiting, then come back with weak excuses like “the phone lines are down.” It’s an obvious attempt to avoid accountability and leave customers completely in the dark.
As for compensation, it’s been just as dishonest. They promised £200 for the flight issues and the stress caused by their lack of communication. They have repeatedly asked me to remove my negative review before they pay the compensation – which I did – and still, nothing has been paid. It has now been over a month, and every time I chase it up, I’m told the same scripted line: “It will be paid in 3–7 working days.” I’ve messaged multiple times, and now they’re simply ignoring me completely.
This entire experience has been stressful, chaotic, and deeply frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. If you value your money, time, or sanity — do not book with them. I will never use them again, and I strongly urge others to avoid them at all costs.
