I ordered a bag of the tofu cat litter and, while the delivery was super fast, I'm a little disappointed by the litter. I expected the pieces to be bigger, but they're about the same size as clay litter pieces and are tracked even more easily than clay because they're more lightweight. I am also unhappy that there is no ingredients list on the bag. Saying that the litter is "100% natural" isn't enough; there are lots of natural ingredients that are bad for cats, so I want to know exactly what my cat is digging around in. Especially given the amount of dust generated by the litter (much more than clay) - what is my cat breathing in?

The product that I received was easy to assemble. One for upstairs and one for downstairs and the cat loves them. Running between them both. Good quality product for the cost.

Delivery was very prompt, which was much appreciated.
In the process of transitioning from previous environmentally friendly cat litter which, unfortunately, has been discontinued. The cats are happy with the litter, so I'm happy!
The litter does trail a little bit more than the previous product, but that's to be expected as the pieces are much smaller. It's not a problem though.
One thing, please could you look into putting the product into paper packaging? It's a real negative that it is currently supplied in plastic packaging. Thank you.

The tofu cat litter is absolutely brilliant, I have tried a few cat litters in the past but this is by far the best. Easy clean, no mess, best of all no nasty smells and with two Maine Coons one bag has lasted me four weeks. So all in all well worth it, I will be sticking with this cat litter from now on.

Great product!

I first found this shop on a visit to the GCCF Supreme cat show, the people on the stall that day were very friendly and helpful, giving me a free sample of the litter before I decided to go all in and buy a large bag to give a proper test at home.
The litter clumps well and quite quickly! It’s a good texture, only tracks a tiny bit (I use a litter mat anyway) the smell is absolute minimal, especially compared to alternative tofu and clay litters I’ve tried. Will definitely buy some more!

I liked how the parts explained themselves on how to assemble, with a little help with the instructions.
However I found the pictures too messy to read and not all the parts co related to the list.
The overall sturdiness of the finished assembly wasn't very stable and the top post is slanted.

Found out about Tofu cat litter last year and have been using it ever since. I can honestly say that it is just great and very economical for my 1 cat. No waste at all and very good odour control. Will continue to use it.

Your service was EXCELLENT but unfortunately the same couldn’t be said about the couriers DPD who failed to deliver within the time slot on Friday 7th. They did message to say they were running late & then messaged to say the delivery would be today 10th as they’d run out of time. I’m still waiting for further instructions for when I can collect from my choice of collection point. Our complex has an intercom system but no one rang me or left a card. Not good enough!!

Customer service is fantastic, my shipment somehow got sent to the wrong postcode and returned to sender, but I called up and the guy I spoke to sorted everything out there and then and got another shipment sent out and kept in touch by text to show me that the order was on its way
