Michelle and Rachel at the front desk are always helpful, professional and kind, which is something I am truly grateful for because it not only helps my clients feel cared for but it also contributes positively to my business and makes the office an overall enjoyable environment to be in. Sally, the office manager, is also wonderful, accommodating and considerate. It's really nice to work with a good group of people.
We have been renting our office space from Premier Business Centers in Burbank for a year and are so thankful we found this place. The staff is always friendly and helpful, the building is clean and the offices are a great size. I am so impressed with this company, we plan on staying here for a very long time. The best part is it makes our small business look more established and professional.
I’m reviewing the staff at the Burbank location. I’ve been there for something like 10 years. They always go out of their way to support me and my business. The facility is very nice as well.
Many issues with the internet going in and out on a fairly regular basis, when paying almost $200 a month for the internet this is a hug issue for me. Issues with the billing process and incorrect invoicing. Being asked to move offices because the person next door said that I was too loud when in my opinion, as a person on the phone all day, was an appropriate volume level. This also caused my rent to increase. Signed a 3 month agreement on the 6th of May which should expire on the 6th of August but they said ALL CONTRACTS stop at the end of that month so now I have to pay another month after I already signed a new lease for a new office. Overall unhappy and poor management.
Martin Alon worked with us to find an agreeable price point. The space is adequate for us to get established in Burbank while we find more permanent office space. Arlen and Michele at the front desk keep everything running smoothly day to day, and are super responsive to every need, which is really important to us. They helped make everything seamless and I'm pretty sure the place would grind to a halt without them around.
The location is great too, convenient to get to and even the security guards are pleasant and helpful. Our clients are always impressed by the office when they visit. We're happy we chose this location over all the other available options.
