Elliot was absolutely superb, start to finish! Helped me find the right car, talked me through what spec I needed, explained how the PCP worked, and then sorted everything with Landrover. Turned up to collect, everything as promised, and couldn't be happier.

SCAMMERS!!!!
Purchase my Macan GTS Mansory from them. Very happy with the vehicle. Before sale, till they had my money, very good service. Unfortunately they scam me on my Macan S part exchange. Value agreed on it, which I was supposed to get £335 back. NEVER HAPPENED! They paid the remaining final ballom payment to the finance company, then came up with hundreds excuses not to pay me the difference. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Thank you for your feedback once again. We have already replied to this on multiple occasions but will reiterate our reply once again for public knowledge. We value all feedback and on the back end of this have conducted an internal investigation.
We are disappointed that you haven’t enjoyed your experience with us as your Mansory Porsche Macan GTS has been our favourite car sold to date!
From conducting our internal investigation we have produced the below findings.
Part exchange valuations are valid for 14 days due to the market regularly fluctuating. We can see that the part exchange form for your previous Porsche Macan S was filled in on 21st October and didn’t come in to ourselves until 2nd December to swap it with your new Mansory Macan GTS we had in our stock.
We offered you your settlement figure for your Macan S at the time, meaning that it would break even with no equity nor negative equity. Which come 2nd December was still the case. Although your settlement figure was lower, the vehicle had circa 600 more miles on it and was still being used. We still stood on this being the case and gave you your settlement figure at the time and cleared the finance as agreed.
We know you mentioned separately from your review that our Mansory Macan GTS had more miles on to what you saw advertised on Autotrader, however from our findings we can see that this must be because your first enquiry on 20th July 2024 the car had 12,683 miles on it and was when you just missed out on securing the vehicle as we had just taken a deposit on it from another customer. We then bought it back in to stock 4 months later from our previous customer and it was advertised with 14,000 miles (matching your finance docs in November 2024) instead of 12,683 miles back on 20th July 2024.
We had the Mansory Macan serviced at Porsche Stockport on 15th July 2024. In your review you mentioned that we didn’t give you the service paperwork for the Mansory, however service manuals are no longer a thing on modern cars. All of Porsche’s services are now logged and shown within the vehicles infotainment system on the centre screen when navigating through to the ‘Service’ app so you will find it in there. Apologies if this wasn’t explained.
Another finding amongst our investigation was that your previous finance company took a monthly payment for your Macan S on 8th January 2025 even though your settlement was cleared in December. We would advise calling them as we feel this may be the money you mentioned that you are owed.
