Brian arrived 30 minutes early which was great for us. Well spoken, polite, and great in conversation on many topics. Carried out inspections on items that I was not aware needed checking. Explained everything whilst he was doing it and needed no assistance - even though I offered many times! Had the report with us in less than 24 hours which exceeded our expectation. Thanks Brian.

Great service from start to finish. Very thorough report issued and a very quick turnaround.

Brian visited our new build Taylor Wimpey property to undertake a post-completion inspection. We paid around £390 which for the service that has been provided by Brian has been well worth it. Brian checked the roof with a drone and loft space in addition to under manhole covers and insulation/temperature inside the property. The report was sent to us later that afternoon and we have been able to submit this to the developer for further review.

We had tried another snagging company prior to Premier Snag who had no availability. We were able to chose a date/time and were able to request a date earlier than those available with other snagging services.

I would highly recommend premier snag to anyone who is interested in doing snagging for their new build house. snagger Tim Donohue performed snagging and he picked the issues which are hard to find as an owner to the house. he spent nearly 4 to 5 hours in the property and checked everything thoroughly which made me to feel happier and for the amount i paid to the snagging. (premier snag prices are very reasonable compared other snagging companies).
He even explained how to deal with the snags and how to deal with the developer.

David was able to accomodate a survey at relatively short notice, was friendly and professional when talking to him in person, took the time needed to complete a thorough pre-completion inspection, and promptly provided a well detailed report. Which is everything you need from a survey!

We recently had a pre-snag inspection on our 3-bedroom detached house and were very impressed with the service from Premier Snag. From the first phone call to book a snagging survey with Premier Snag their booking department was communicative & accommodating . David the surveyor was extremely diligent in his survey he spotted over 54 defects in the two bed new property that I would have missed. Premier snag were great! Initially their website had an offer of a discounted rate but when i came to book the offer was removed. But they still allowed me to use it.
Our snagger, Herman, was very detailed and took time to explain to us all the issues he had found and answered lots of questions.
There was an issue with our report with it not being in sync with the photos but they sorted it out pretty quickly. I would recommend premier snag to any new build buyers!

We used Premier Snag to do the snagging for our new-build one-bedroom flat in North London.
We met the inspector David on 30 May morning and he spent 2.5 hours to do a very thorough check. After that he did show us / explain to us some of the major issues then by 9am the next day we got our report which identified 79 issues.
The report is comprehensive and all issues are circled on the photos taken for easy follow-up by the developer.
We are happy about David's service, efficiency, responsiveness and professional knowledge.

I recently used Premier Snag for a Pre-Completion Inspection (PCI) and was very impressed with the quality of the service.
Our inspector, Brian, was exceptionally professional and a genuinely kind person to work with. He made the entire process straightforward and easy to understand, which took a lot of the stress out of the day.

We booked a snagging report for a new build property we just bought. I cannot recommend this company enough and the report is worth every penny. Booking was super easy online and we had a variety of dates offered. I was able to book a Saturday which meant I did not have to take leave from work. The day before our visit, Brian our snagger, contacted me to confirm the time of arrival. He was with us first thing early morning as agreed. He was exceptionally thorough during the visit and was happy to talk to us about his observations and offer us some helpful advice as newby home oweners. We received the full report the same day and it was VERY detailed and thorough. I have handed to my Barratts Rep and they were familiar and happy with the company and confirmed they would follow the recommendations in the report for us.
