Premier Jobs UK Omdömen

Jake was on hand all way through the selling process, liaising with both parties to iron out the finer details, making the whole stressful process a little easier.
Kind regards Ian

I had an outstanding experience working with Jason and Alyson at Premier. Their communication was excellent throughout, always clear, timely, and professional via both phone and email.

They really took the time to understand what I was looking for and offered great advice and feedback at every stage. Their experience and supportive approach gave me real confidence in the process.

Thanks to their guidance, I’ve secured a role that’s a perfect fit. I’m genuinely grateful for their help and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their next opportunity

Adrian contacted me about an application I made online and he was an absolute delight to speak to. I genuinely felt that he cared about what I was looking for in my next role and fully understood my skills and experience. I cannot recommend Adrian enough. It is a shame I can only give 5 stars for the review as he certainly deserves more!

Andy has been very helpful and stayed in contact throughout the whole process. I Would recommend to anyone looking for a role in financial services.

I had a truly positive experience working with Adrianl. From the beginning, he was incredibly supportive and encouraging, showing full confidence in my abilities. What stood out most was his nurturing and professional approac, Adrain took the time to really understand both my strengths and what I was looking for, ensuring the role was the right fit for me and for the company.

Adrain wasn’t just trying to “make it stick” he genuinely cared about the long-term success on both sides. Well-spoken, respectful of my time, and clearly dedicated to his work, I felt valued throughout the process.

His guidance made a real difference, and I highly recommend Adrian to anyone looking for not just a recruiter, but a true partner in their career journey

Adrian was the most personable recruiter. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and took the time to explain the companies and people and help with interview prep. Very approachable and always made the time to speak openly, without rushing, and with a very calm persoa. I really appreciate all his help, support and advice.

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Alfie during my job search, and I can’t recommend him highly enough. From our very first conversation, Alfie was kind, understanding, and genuinely supportive. He took the time to truly listen, understand my goals, and guide me through the process with patience and care.

What really stood out was his professionalism and commitment, he consistently went above and beyond to ensure I felt confident and prepared every step of the way. His communication was always clear and timely, and he made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable.

It’s rare to come across someone as excellent in their role as Alfie. Anyone would be lucky to work with him.

Excellent service! It's a pleasure to deal with you!

I had a very positive experience working with Jason and Alyson. From our first conversation, they were professional, friendly, and genuinely interested in understanding my career goals. They took the time to match me with a role that aligned not only with my skills but also with my long-term aspirations.

What truly stood out was their consistent communication and transparency throughout the process. Whether it was updating me on next steps, providing detailed interview preparation, or just checking in to see how I was feeling, they made the experience smooth and stress-free. Even after I secured the position, they followed up to ensure I was settling in well.

I found Premier Jobs very professional and just great to deal with. I spoke to Alyson, Jason and Ryan and all three were friendly and approachable, easy to reach, called back promptly when necessary and kept me updated as I went through the interview process. I really felt they were looking after my interests as a candidate, and Jason gave me some particularly helpful tips on handling competence-based questions. Sadly I did not get the role they had put me forward for, but I got helpful and reassuring feedback after the interviews and I wouldn't hesitate to work with them again in the future.

Excellent communication and very supportive the whole way through the process.

Alyson & Jason were brilliant from the moment they reached out. Keeping me closely updated throughout the process and ensuing I was happy along the way. Very professional and very friendly/approachable.

I’ve been working with Alfie Williams for the last few weeks and he has been by far the most helpful recruiter. He has a great, friendly personality, really takes on board your requirements for your next role and his communication is second to none. He put me in touch with a brilliant company who offered exactly what I wanted - thank you for all your help Alfie!

Jason and Alyson were absolutely fantastic, respective of other recruiters I have had previous experience with, putting me up for jobs in which I have no interest, this was not the case with these two. Every phone call received was with ACTIONABLE INTEL leading to conversations and interviews with the businesses in question. Whilst it did not work out for me as I received a role from a family friend, I’m sure given time they would have successfully placed me. Once again, thank you guys for your help!

In my 25 years as a financial planner, I’ve worked with countless recruiters, some good, some forgettable, but none have come close to the calibre of Jason and Alyson Cane at Premier Jobs UK.

From the outset, what struck me was their deep understanding of the financial services industry. They genuinely took the time to understand me, my values, and where I could add the most value. They weren’t focused on pushing roles; they were focused on aligning the right opportunity with my long-term career goals.

What truly sets them apart is their integrity, empathy, and communication. I never felt like just another CV in the pile. They were proactive, transparent, and incredibly supportive throughout. Jason’s insight and guidance were sharp and thoughtful, while Alyson’s professionalism and warmth made the entire process feel personal and respectful.

If you’re looking for recruiters who listen, understand, and deliver with sincerity and care, Premier Jobs UK is in a class of its own. They have truly raised the bar.

I worked with Jason and Alyson during a job application recently; and although I did not end up accepting the role, I could not fault them and their efforts.

They understood my position fully, were kind, friendly and very professional.

Although this job was not the one for me at this time, due to personal reasons, I thank them for putting in the work to get me the formal offer in the first place.

I would highly recommend them both and will be saving their details for future searches.

They are a breath of fresh air in such a fast pace industry.

Understanding. My case worker took his time to get to know me and understand what I was looking for in a new role.
He helped me throughout the process and has been a great help.

Alyson and Jason were first class. We talked at length to find out who I was and what my values were. They then matched me to a company who shared these same attributes. Throughout the process they were completely supportive, professional and fun to deal with. I would highly recommend this couple to anyone looking for a new position in financial services. Thank you both very much.
