It was a real pleasure working with Andy to secure my new role.

From the very beginning, Andy kept me well informed at every stage of the process, with regular updates and check-ins that made everything run smoothly.

Over the years I have had several dealings with recruiters . Where both Jason and Alyson stand head and shoulders above the others is their ability to listen, understand, empathise and personally, i felt they had my best interest at the heart of all their interaction with me. I never felt any pressure and they gave me more than enough time to reach a decision. The opportunities they presented me were so inline with how I work and what I was looking for.. which only goes to reinforce my belief that they listen to me and understood what i was looking for. Thank you both.

Jake and the team were very professional at all times. They clearly explained the various stages of the process along with the timescales involved so that we had a good idea of what to expect.

I had a really positive experience working with Adrian throughout my job search. He kept in regular contact, always kept me informed with updates, and was fair and transparent throughout the whole process.

What really stood out was how supportive and thoughtful he was by always messaging on the morning of interviews to check in and wish me luck, which made a real difference. He also took a genuine interest in listening to my feedback and thoughts throughout the process, which made me feel valued rather than just another candidate.

Adrian is friendly, professional, approachable, and genuinely helpful. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a new role.

Excellent service and good conversations from Adrian Watson. Adrian kindly referred my CV to two employers and kept me up to date. I was successful in obtaining a job elsewhere by myself, but it was lovely that Adrian reassured me that I would be successful in obtaining a job quite quickly at the start, and he gave me the confidence as I was just made redundant after 25 years and the job market was new to me and quite scary. I would definately come back to Adrian in the future .

Jason and Alyson have been super helpful! If you are looking for a job, I would recommend you to reach out to them. They are very friendly and easy to speak to.

I’ve had a great experience working with Adrian over a number of years. He’s taken the time to really understand me, my goals, and what I’m looking for in my career.

Adrian only reaches out with opportunities that are genuinely relevant and well-matched, and the firms he introduces me to are always appropriate and aligned with my values. There’s never any pressure, just honest, thoughtful guidance. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Not only is Derek highly experienced and knowlegable, he understood what I was looking for. He was able to assess my skills and, importantly, point out limitations to my operational experiences in the context of the opportunities available to me. In this way, due to Derek's thorough and comprehensive approach, I have found the perfect position for this stage in my career.

Adrian Watson is always there to support and guide you through the process. I've known Adrian a lot of years and would not hesitate to recommend him to other colleagues. He is always professional, polite and supportive. He is a credit to the profession and always follows up with updates and/or additional information when promised, which is rare these days.

Can't fault Jason and Alyson. Professional, proactive, going above and beyond what i would usually expect. They put me forward for some great opportunities and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
