At the time of your booking, the ticket format for this event had not been confirmed by the venue. As soon as it was, we contacted you by email and advised you of the format, then transferred the tickets to you less than 24 hours later.

The entire day could not have been any better. I took two American friends and they were literally blown away by the entire experience. The lounge, the food, and best of all the seats. As usual Premier always deliver. Expensive perhaps but they never let you down.,

Coming from the States
Coming from the States, I was very nervous about purchasing Taylor Swift tickets from a third party in another county, but Premier Events totally delivered. Every worrisome email I sent was replied to in a timely manner. Tickets were sent when I was told they would be sent. The seats were exactly what I asked for and we had no issues at all getting into the event. Everyone at Premier was great to work with and would recommend using their services...
